Our family had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a nicer property. NorthStar was beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, very well-stocked and is run by a top-notch management company. Grace was proactive and extremely responsive. We will return next summer when the water is warmer. Thanks Grace and all at Oak Realty for a wonderful weekend of memories and allowing us such a nice home to call ours for Memorial Day Weekend 2025!

Lovely CLEAN beach home. Easy 5 min walk ( with toddler) to a beautiful beach. The short walk made it easy for us to go to the beach several times/day. Gorgeous sunrise! We really appreciated how kid/family friendly the home was! Our young kids felt safe just across the hall from us and my parents were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the house. Thank you Pip and Sheryl! We hope to be back in the future!

Our stay at Amina and Norland’s house In Buckroe Beach, Hampton, VA exceeded expectations. It was an affordable, clean, spacious, and lovely home which met our needs, and proved to be a great place to lodge and create memories. It was located right near the beach, downtown Phoebus, and not far from things to do. From the host’s responsiveness at the onset of booking and leading up to our stay, to the complimentary bottle of wine and ease of getting into the home, we received a 5 star experience. Our annual girls trip was a memorable one, all made possible by such a remarkable house and stellar customer service. We will book with Amina again, and highly recommend anyone making this house, and any house hosted by Amina their vacation abode.

Amazing house with even better location. The walk to the beach is incredibly close. Beautiful spacious house. The backyard is Al equipped to with a beautiful deck to lounge and relax.

This house was perfect for my family. It is about as close as you can get to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved every minute there. The only thing I would change is to add a smart tv in the kids room so they can watch tv while going to bed. We absolutely loved the Mexican restaurant right across the street. Lola’s beach cantina. It has excellent food. Brunch and dinner.

Our family had a great time in the home. Amenities are great. Convenient location, Alisha is super responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the A/C worked great in 90 degree weather. We were in town with family for a wedding in downtown Norfolk and the home’s location worked great for us. We all felt the home was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

The house was clean and felt like home. The hostess was great to deal with and very responsive. We had an excellent experience staying hear.

This home was incredible! The 4x4 experience was really fun and we saw horses everyday, at one point the horses were under the house cooling off in the shade. It’s hard to put into words 🙂 Sarah was responsive and helpful throughout the trip!

The house as advertised! Clean and very supplied. The beach was small and the area does not have much options to eat. Neighborhood was ok.

Jackie was very responsive to the request for affirmation of the reservation. Henry was also very responsive to questions about the reservation. The house was as described, actually better. One of the guests in our group, said that the King bed was one of the best he has slept in. Everyone had their own bedroom and bed.

House was well kept and clean when we walked in, 2 minute walk to the beach, had more than enough room for 12 people, for the price was amazing

absolutely loved staying here once again. we had a blast seeing the horses, driving the seashore, and fishing the beaches. Definitely plan to come back again when we get the chance.

This home stands out among the many air B&B’s I have stayed it. Emily and Abel provided many extras such as cold water and snacks when we arrived, beach towels for our use, dog food bowls for our dog, soft beds with plush throws to use at our leisure. The neighborhood is walkable filled with southern charm. Our family used this home as a gathering place for my son’s wedding. It exceeded my expectations.

I cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! It really was above and beyond what we hoped for. You immediately feel as if you are staying in a high-end, but also cozy place. There was so much space for everyone to comfortably hang out. From starting the day on the screened in porch with coffee and reading, to playing games at the big dining room table to laying by the pool and grilling out, we could not have asked for more! They have everything you could need and more, which is a lot coming from our family who likes to cook a lot and is active! Would absolutely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book this place. If you’re considering it… You won’t regret it!

My family came together for a 3-day stay at Nomad Dunes. It was everyone's 1st time to the OBX. There's 16 of us ranging in age from 9-74! There are 3 levels to this home with sleeping areas on all levels which was great for us. I think we used every entertaining and relaxing spot in this house!! You can see the ocean from the top floor and it truly is easy enough to walk to the beach or hop in the car and drive back and forth. Having the pool was perfect for our family. It is about 5ft deep at most so all the kids could access the pool without worry. And the hot tub was VERY popular with our group! Hardly anyone picked up a phone or devise other than to take photos or videos and we watched one movie. The drive on the beach to get to the home was a LOT more than we expected!! Videos do not do this justice. It's long, and bumpy, and feels out of control at times. SHOP beforehand!! Beds and furnishings are comfy and pretty. I suggest mentioning if you plan to use the bunks and sofa bed.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was exactly as described. Eugene was really responsive when communicating and super friendly! I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you again for such a relaxing place to stay!

Absolutely loved the home and the whole experience! Our only issue was in our arrival and not being aware that high tide would impact when you should attempt getting to the house. More information regarding the tide schedule and if the roads within the houses are accessible would be very helpful. Recommendation to stop at the grocery store before you each the beach access road and what types of things are not supplied at the house would be good, too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay and Misty was great when we needed her. I would absolutely recommend this house to my friends and family and would love to visit again!

Great location in Sandbridge! We fished from the dock and launched our paddleboards there too. A very short 5 minute walk to the beach too. While the house was everything we had hoped for, it could use some maintenance and updating to make it even better. The screened porch was missing screens so the bugs swarmed us when we ate. The decks and docks were splintered and could use painted/stained/sealed. Rodica was a great host! Always quick to communicate and help!

We had a wonderful stay at the Great Escape. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were perfect and the beach is just a short walk with easy access. Cody was a wonderful host with quick responses. Thank you for sharing your home. We made wondrful memories in Virgina Beach.

Staying here was the perfect way to spend a couple days relaxing with friends. We had an amazing time and all we could talk about was how amazing the place was. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Great place for big families. Beach 2 mn away, minimarket 5mn away, big pool, rooms are comfortable, we really liked this place. Thank you Emma.
