Very nice apartment, great location. Susana was very helpful and friendly.

The house is as shown in the pictures...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

The house is very nice, super spacious, complete, with everything you need for a great stay. Great for big families. It has central heating which helps a lot to keep the house warm. María José is an excellent androgynous, she was always very attentive to all the details and is very kind. She responds super fast and is very willing to help. He gave us a lot of good recommendations and helped me organize everything. 100% recommended. Unbeatable hospitality. Thank you very much

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

It was spectacular. I had a mix-up with the check-out schedule (my mistake, as it was very clear in the instructions) and Francisca was patient and understanding, so I am very grateful.

Very good experience, I only found it just when they were doing maintenance in the building, but everything else was impeccable. I would stay again because it was like home.

The apartment is very nice, just as shown in the photos. It has everything you need to have a good stay, and it's close enough to Parque Arauco to walk. Esteban and Francisca's service is something to highlight! They are very kind and respond quickly to inquiries. I booked this apartment for a work colleague who was travelling on business. The apartment was perfect for his needs. Alphonse was a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. Any questions were answered very quickly. We would book this apartment again if needed in the future.

The apartment is very comfortable and complete, especially considering that we traveled with a baby. The location was safe and close to basic necessities. You can walk to supermarkets and the Parque Arauco mall

Our stay at this accommodation was simply wonderful in every way. From the first contact, Cris proved to be an attentive and kind person. The directions were clear, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The apartment was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was modern and functional, and the location turned out to be perfect for exploring the area: close to points of interest, public transport and with restaurant options nearby. In addition, Cris gave us local recommendations, which added a special touch to our experience. Certain gestures, such as a welcome bottle of wine or breakfast products, showed their commitment to making us feel at home.
