Holiday rentals with a patio in Vitória

Everything went as planned, accommodation delivers everything that is described, excellent location, very friendly building staff, easy access to the beach, market, shops.

Claudia's apartment is excellent, good location near the beach, you can walk quietly, lots of shops nearby, supermarkets, etc., quiet street, little noise, very quiet building. Great bed, wardrobe in the bedroom, good and clean bathroom, excellent shower, very clean kitchen with all the necessary and good utensils, good refrigerator, Internet, TV all working very well. Excellent deal to stay in this apartment. Cláudia is very helpful, responds quickly and made our check-in flexible since we arrived early and the apartment was unoccupied. We did not have any problems with the stay. Cláudia Sinda leaves garbage bags available for exchange (which is not usually the case) and also some cleaning products and floor cloths that are sometimes needed to dry water that falls on the floor or something else, I thought that was very good. I highly recommend Claudia's AP without fear of making mistakes. I will stay other times for sure.

My employees' stay was excellent! The accommodation is exactly as in the photos — clean, organized and very cozy. Priscila was attentive and helpful, responding quickly whenever I needed her. The location is also great, with easy access to everything I needed. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Because it is a penthouse apartment accommodates people with a lot of comfort and convenience… about 10 minutes from the beach My stay to get to know Vila Velha was very cool Ah, view is wonderful already that is on the fifteenth floor, but requires attention with children.. very good

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment, very comfortable and it perfectly accommodated three people. They were very kind, even putting out coffee and sweetener.

Our stay was wonderful and this is due to the attention and sympathy with which we were received by Kleber... it always quickly responded to our questions and needs. The apartment is even better than in the photos, beautiful, well located, well decorated, extremely clean, bed linen and smelling towels.... for sure it was our best choice! We want to go back!

The house is excellent, much better than in the photos (we were positively surprised), there are 3 great bedrooms (one of them a suite) and it is very well located. Mayra is an excellent person too, she was very solicitous in making our check-in flexible and always made everything we needed available, including things that were not even her obligation, one of us forgot a charger and she quickly found it and informed us and made it available to send by mail. I recommend it to everyone and if we return to Vitória we will probably stay with her again. This house is a find, and so is the hostess!

The house is HUGE, with many amenities, comfortable and too good price. I wish I could've stayed longer!

The house is excellent, very well-equipped, new and well-maintained furniture, extremely clean and leftover bedding, kitchen all equipped with utensils and appliances. The house is very close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and playgrounds for children. The hosts are very polite and helpful, I would definitely rent the house again.

We were in a group of 13 adults and 2 children and we simply loved the house, every description matches the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are attentive and kind, our group loved staying for 6 days in this accommodation that is a true paradise.

Casa was located for two employees of the company, they liked the house very much, cleaned exactly as it was announced, met expectations with great cost-benefit! Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. The apartment is perfect: great collon , clean bed clothes and excellent air-conditioning. Equipped box. Location : You can go to the beach,bakery ,supermarket without using a car. For those with a child, it is also interesting because it is close to Praia da Sereia . The hospitality and sympathy of Nathalia and her father , Mr.Ricardi ,only complete the perfect setting! I miss you already!

We love our stay! the apartment is well organized and close to everything! We managed to stay well accommodated. Suoer Secure since entrance and Saida and Dora welcomed us very well in the apartment. Great financial cost. We'll be back more often!
