Very new villa. Rated 4 stars. 4 ears. Cleaning included, linens and towels. Very well equipped. All air conditioned. Pool heated from April to October. Swimming against the current. Exceptional hot tub in wellness room with dry and wet sauna, Italian shower. Norwegian bath. Large living room, two large galandage bays open to the exotic wooden deck. We enjoy the scenery, the calm and the walks. Clear and beautiful view of the Ardèche gorges.

Azur with its SPA

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.

My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children).There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the grignan castle (20 km),the gorges of the Ardèche(20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so party prohibited.

Small stone house and wooded garden

This small stone house is at the end of a small green garden all along. The house is very nice, quiet, sheltered from the sun, it is pleasant even in summer. The living room overlooks the garden. A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture. A large table and a plancha allow you to enjoy grilled meats and vegetables under the olive trees.
