Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. The house is within cycling distance of the clean Walcheren beaches of Zoutelande and Domburg and the Veerse Meer. The renovation of this former emergency barn was completed in 2020. The energy-neutral vacation home has energy label A+++ and thus meets the requirements of this time. It is spacious, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. A fantastic place for a wonderful vacation.

Welcome to our new Guesthouse Rossini by the sea! The accommodation is luxurious and attractively decorated, for a carefree vacation in Vlissingen, Zeeland, this is the place to be. The location is ideal, within half a minute's walk you have a bakery and 2 supermarkets. Bicycle shop within 500m walking distance. Here you can rent E-bikes, among other things. Enjoy our luxury apartment in Vlissingen (Flushing). The apartment is clean, light and equipped with all modern amenities. With a private driveway in front of your door, you will always be assured of a parking space. Two bicycles are available for your convenience at no extra cost. There’s also the option to store your own bicycle in a locked bicycle shed (with a charging facility for e-bikes). After a day on the beach you may enjoy the last sun rays in a fenced-in front yard.

Beach House The Beach House is one of the stylish suites of Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee with its own entrance in the center of Vlissingen. This cozy two-room apartment features a living room with cozy sitting area and dining table, a separate bedroom and a kitchen with everything for a comfortable stay. From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

Tiny House/Studio by the Sea

Our Tiny House/Studio is specially designed to relax and unwind. The matte lacquered wood and the sober surroundings radiate calm. The space is modern and industrially decorated without too many distracting elements. From the windows, you can see the dunes and watch the sun set in the evening. Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

This renovated vacation home is stylishly decorated and equipped with the latest equipment. It is a bright house, located directly at the foot of the dunes just a few meters from the beach. DE ZEVENKLAPPER, sleeping by the sea.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun. Jump under the rain shower and discover what Zeeland has to offer. Life is so beautiful.

Vacation home with wood-burning stove and unobstructed views!

Our vacation home 't Uusje van Puut is located just outside of Koudekerke on the outskirts of 't Moesbosch, a small nature reserve. From the garden, you have views of the dunes of Dishoek. It is enjoying peace, space and nature. With a little luck, you can even spot a deer in the evening. It is also wonderful to stay in our cottage in autumn and winter. After enjoying the beach, you can come home and enjoy a cozy fireplace.

New luxury studio

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.

City-Centre apartment with Sea-view

The apartment is located on the Boulevard de Ruijter, near the statue of Michiel de Ruijter and the Arsenal and a beautiful view of the Westerschelde. The beach is just a few hundred meters away. The city-center with all (nightlife) facilities is at the backside. Public transport is within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for couples and business travelers.
