Sunny Sea View Bungalow - your private paradise

Overlooking the wonderful coastline and the beautiful village of Primosten, this four-star classified bungalow ist situated high up on the hills of Primosten in a calm corner. It features a sun-filled living room and two separate bedrooms. These three rooms have a separate air conditioning system. One small bathroom with shower. Living space is about 70m². All windows offer an built-in mosquito net to protect you. The living room can be equipped with one further sleeping possibility, suitable for a child. Maximum occupancy is 4-5 guests. Perfect place for families with kids. We also welcome especially dog owners. The house and the grounds are completely  enclosed, so the house has privacy. However, please note that dogs are not permitted in the pool. Furthermore, we do not accept groups of young men only due to negative experiences in the past. The bungalow isn't a party location. Fully and modern equipped kitchen with all amenities and utensils you may need. A washing machine is at your disposal as well. Enjoy the private sea-view terrace with spectacular views of the Croatian Ocean. The large courtyard is a perfect childrens playground. Our newly built (2022) swimming pool invites you to swim, wade, float on tubes. Or just cool off on hot days and lie smooth and serene. Length 6m, width 3,5m, depth 1,5m. The pool is exclusive for you, no sharing with other people. Private and shaded parking space is available for 2 cars on the grounds in our new carport (2024). Barbecue area to prepare the Mediterranean delicacies is waiting for you. The beaches in Primosten and Rogoznica can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. Walking distance down the hill about 3,5 km.

The property is located right on the coast in the beautiful turquoise and dynamic bay of Kosirina. It provides privacy, surrounded by greenery and flowers in the shade of a centuries-old olive tree. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There are two French beds in the room (gallery). The living room is glazed with mobile walls and overlooks the sea and the entire bay. The terrace is covered and guests have 2 deck chairs, 2 swings, sup (paddle board), grill, solar outdoor shower...

Bungalov je smješten u masliniku 500m udaljen od centra grada. Udaljen je 900 m od plaže 200 m od najbliže trgovine. Tržnica pokraj stare jezgre grada Trogir je na 5 minuta hoda. Gostima je dostupno besplatno korištenje grilla u vrtu. Postoji mogućnost postavljanja šatora i korištenje dodatnog toaleta koji se nalazi u vrtu, ali uz dodatnu nadoplatu. Domaćin nudi dalmatinske specijalitete (peka, meso, riba...) na grillu po želji gosta uz dogovor ... Zračna luka je udaljena 6 km od smještaja.

In the spacious terrain very close to the sea we dispose with four completely new and furnished mobile homes built in 2019. In the silence of untouched nature, we have accommodated our mobile houses to look our beautiful Dalmatian sea, sun and islands as a stage. The houses are surrounded by olive trees that during the night seem fantastic under the light.

Our open terrace is also nearby and we can prepare traditional dishes with unique experience, or guests can spend free time there. Na prekrasnoj prostranoj terasi nalazi se garnitura za 4 osobe i dvije ležajke. Klima uređaj, posteljina, ručnici i WiFi uključeni u cijenu.

The newly renovated house with 45sqm² and 2 rooms is located directly on the Adriatic coast between the towns of Zadar and Sibenik, each 35 km away, in the village of Drage. The 2 rooms are designed for 4 people. 2x TV with sat, climate, terrace, kitchen, barbecue 2020 we have 2 stand-up paddling board for our guests to rent. This way the island world can be explored even better.
