Holiday rentals with a sauna in Vodice

This is a lovely place to stay. Comfortable and clean apartment with a very nice pool. We had the place to ourselves for a few days, which was great. Irena, the host, was very helpful and always available to help with anything. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the sea, with a handful of nice restaurants in easy walking distance.

Great stay, ideal location for walking into the old town of Split. Boris was very helpful and ensured everything went smoothly.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful house with a big swimming pool. Many olive trees and a couple of fig trees. Tanna went the extra mile to ensure that we felt at home and comfortable. Few members of our group fell ill during the stay. Tanna was extremely responsive to our requests. Thanks to her, we were able to go to the doctor and the family recovered in a day. All in all, Tanna made our stay comfortable. The house is very well equipped with lots of thought given to details. The whole experience with Tanna and the house exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!!!

We had an amazing stay and a nice time. The apartment was clean and well appointed. On the large balcony you could have breakfast and enjoy your coffee in peace. The location was also ideal - central yet quiet. Smaller shops, restaurants, and swimming opportunities were within walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. Check in went smoothly despite a late arrival. When it wasn't on the road, the overall very well-maintained outdoor area with the large pool invited you to linger. Overall a perfect stay that I can only recommend!

House is such that one doesn't feel the need to go out for anything else. Had outstanding facilities and polite responsive attendant. Clear sea and hot pool. Amazing would return and recommend to friends

The place was very nice. Clean, cozy and the hosts were also friendly. We had a parking space for our rental car which was great. We recommend a rental car for the place :) because there is not much there. 10 minutes by car is the village of Trogir, which we find very nice. Right in front of the house is a beach where you can also get into the water. Between the house and the beach is a main road with a bus stop, but it didn't really bother us, as you can only drive 40 km/h there.

Perfect place for us with private pool and walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Tidy and clean and great service from the host! So nice and accessible throughout the stay and arranged if there was anything. Highly recommended! ⭐️

We were totally satisfied The beach was a 4-minute walk away The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk. There were enough German TV channels. Kitchen was well equipped Communication was super fast and friendly All in all absolutely fantastic I thank you for this great vacation experience

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! When we arrived we were delighted to see that it was very clean and that a bottle of water had been placed in the freezer which made us feel good, it was a pleasant attention! It is perfectly located, the beach is just down the street, there is a convenience store not far away where you can walk there, a parking space is also available at the bottom of the building. We were also well received by Maria and she was very responsive when we had a few questions. The spa room was very nice, the pricing is for 2 hours of pure relaxation in a very large jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful time in Croatia, and especially at Ante's place. He has been a super nice host, paying attention to every single details. The appartment is brand new, and is sincerely stunning : 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms fully equipped and a modern living room with balcony offering a stunning view of the bay. Ideal for chilling and looking at the sunset ! The gym and the jacuzzy at the groundfloor of the building are the extra bonus that make this place very awesome ! Also, the location is perfect if you have a car to travel around : - 5 min from Torgir - 20 min from Split - 15 min from Airport We recommend it 200% !

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dora! The apartment is new, modern and well equipped. Clean towels was provided several times during our stay. The pool area is likewise spotless clean and very nice with comfortable sun beds. The apartment is surrounded by olive trees and beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Boat service for Trogir leave from the small marina at the beach, we really enjoyed Trogir which is very charming and with great restaurants. Ante is a great host, very friendly and helpful.

Great welcome from our host in the late afternoon who comes to see if everything is going well, and if we have any questions to ask him. What's nice is that she speaks French with us, and that's a plus for making herself understood👍. Clean and functional accommodation😉. Small sachet of lavender as a gift that we can take home. The jacuzzi at the top, after a day of walking, relaxes you😊. A host available as soon as we send them a message. We recommend this property.

Very nice space as in the pictures. Quick feedback if you have a message. The host lives on the bottom floor and we could call you if there was anything we were wondering about or something like that. There is only one card/key to the room. Quiet area by boat taxi to Trogir from the beach. Thanks for a nice vacation☀️

The house and backdrop were breathtaking. Everything was exactly as described and better. The rooms were clean and in general, everything was decorated, in a consistent style of modernity and a touch of rusticity. The living rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. In our opinion, the heart of the property was the pool area. There you could really spend the whole day and relax. Tomislav came every 2 days in the morning to clean the pool and he was available for any question and always available. Although the property had a private, more secluded location, you could easily explore the area by car and the nearest beach was about 10-15 minutes away. In addition, check-in and check-out were flexible. Thank you again and look forward to seeing you again.

Mia was very good and helpful during our stay in Croatia, she was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed as well as gave us info on different excursions to do whilst visiting. Overall very organised and friendly to deal with. Thanks!

Marija was a GREAT host and very responsive before and during our stay. This home is absolutely stunning and steps from the water with private area and walkway but also very close to a public beach, (although not used by others much). There is a restaurant a short walk done the beach and a convenience store right by the restaurant as well. You can take the ‘short cut’ walking road into the marina area, coffee shops and old Trogir. Very steep at points, but quaint and with beautiful views along the way. The home itself is very modern and EVERY spacious bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that face the water! The pictures posted are the most true representation that I’ve ever experienced! Common space inside and the outside patio is great for a family or group to gather and enjoy time together. It was an absolutely wonderful stay and we’d return in a heartbeat the next time we visit Trogir! Marija was also very helpful with recommendations regarding transport and activities!

The place was very nice. There was always personal contact, and you could order things that were promptly organized. We had all the amenities on site, and didn't have to take care of it. I'd love to come back.

We had the pleasure of spending 2 weeks in this beautiful house. The hosts are very friendly and help you in every situation. There is simply everything you need. From shampoo to badminton rackets, everything is available. You don't have to bring almost anything. We had a perfect vacation there. Unfortunately, 1000 characters are not enough to describe everything,😅 so I refer to my Google review☺️. In short, everything is PERFECT here from the house to the host. And it was worth every penny to us. Thanks so much again for the nice days. And continued success❤️

The welcome at Mario's was great! We were greeted with wine, bread and a plate of ham and cheese 😊 The house is rustic and cozy and we tried everything that was on offer. Swimming in the pool, sauna, hot tub, table tennis and of course we also grilled. Perfect! An issue with the internet was resolved quite quickly. A beautiful apartment in a quiet location, in a wonderful landscape near the Krka National Park. We made many excursions from here. Of course, you also have to factor in travel times of approx. 1 ½ hours. That was no problem for us and so we saw the Plitvice Lakes, Omis with a boat trip, Trogir with its beautiful old town and much more. The jeep safari over the Mali Alan Pass to Tulove Grede was awesome. As a farewell, we received a small handmade present and a bowl of typical pastries from his mother. Our stay Villa Šimun was fantastic. It's a stunning Villa in a peaceful and beautiful location, the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The property itself is still very new, so everything was very clean and well presented. Lots of clean, fresh towels and bed linen. Both kitchens are very well equipped with a good selection ion pots, pans utensils and so on. The pool was the perfect temperature for cooling off from the hot sun and the sunbeds and chairs offered a great place to sit and enjoy the views. However, I would recommend some non slip shoes for the pool area if staying with very young children. The Villa is located a short walk up the hill from the peacefu town of Zaton, where we found everything we needed, restaurant, supermarket etc. A car is recommended if you wish to explore further. The communication from the owner, regarding our arrival was perfect and so was the assistance during our stay. I highly recommend Villa Šimun and we would love to stay again in the future.
