Das Apartment befindet sich auf Etage 3 (ohne Lift), kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Grundstück vorhanden.

The area is very rural, the apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

This location makes city dwellers, adventurers, and athletes happy year-round, but also anyone who just wants to wake up with mountain views and marvel at the panorama. The center of Salzburg is reachable in 10-15 minutes by bus or car.

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

It is a bright, cozy apartment in a very quiet area in a small village, just 10 minutes by car from Salzburg. The apartment is freshly renovated and lovingly furnished for life – warm, cozy, perfect for relaxing. All around there is a lot of nature and extensive forest, ideal for walks, jogging, etc. There is a bedroom with a large double bed and a cozy sofa bed in the living room. Private parking is right in front of the house.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area close to the city of Salzburg (7 km). FOR BUSINESS TRAVELLERS: We issue invoices with VAT shown! We live in Germany, in the Berchtesgadener Land tourist region, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.
