We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

Monica and Luciano offer you their small independent house, located in the quiet of the historic center of Magognino, a hamlet of Stresa, with a wide panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the Lepontine Prealps. The house - 66 square meters - renovated with great care, consists of: dining room/kitchen with outdoor veranda overlooking the garden; living room, bathroom and terrace with lake view; bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and dormer window with lake view.

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach.
