Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

The apartment is centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car to the highway. In the annex of our house, with a private entrance, the 16 sqm room is located in the rural-modern style. The bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) is separated by a sliding door. From the mini fridge to the wardrobe, this room has everything you would expect from a 3-star hotel. TV and cable TV are provided. Order and cleanliness are our top priority.
