The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Relaxation in the middle of the forest at Dörnbergs, ideal location for quiet and relaxing days in nature, convenient starting point for hikes, located directly on the Habichtswaldsteig and the Habichtswald Nature Park. Here, deer and rabbits actually say good night right outside the front door. There is a fireplace for cozy evenings by the fire. Wi-Fi is available in medium signal strength. Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located in the high paterre of an old building and is about 50 sqm in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy seating area. The bedroom has a 160x200 large double bed. In the living room there is also a 90x190 bed next to the sofa. There are some cozy seating areas on the farm. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. There is a parking space for your car on the farm.

A fully equipped 82 sqm apartment for 7 people with garden and cozy. garden lounge. The accommodation, including The outdoor area can be fully used. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, 180 × 200 and a sofa bed 140 × 200. The bed in the second bedroom is 140 × 200. Each room has a desk and Wi-Fi. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Farm stay

Our house stands free between fields, woods and meadows in beautiful countryside. The former farm is located near Wolfhagen. The 100 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.

Hello :-) The apartment is very centrally located, in 5 minutes you are walking in the city, there is a supermarket in 2 minutes walk and to train are sports field & tennis court 300m away. The beautiful Warburg forest swimming pool is about 600 m away, surrounded by a great forest where you can jog or walk, and that directly on our beautiful river of the Diemel. Warburg is an absolute recreational area :-) welcome!
