Die Wohnung ist individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet und Ihr nächtigt in einem großen Stuckzimmer mit komfortablem Doppelbett (1,50x2m). Die Wohnung ist durch IPR-Technologie absolut frei von Elektrosmog. Außerdem gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Aufzug, Wannenbad und Westbalkon. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von U- und S-Bahn entfernt.

Beautiful 1-room apartment on the second floor with combined kitchen and living room and bathroom. Bright and cozy with views to the courtyard garden and street. Centrally located at the Schäfersee, a 2-minute walk to the U8 subway Franz-Neumann-Platz. It is 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 minutes to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good, since easyJet now also lands and takes off in Tegel:-)
