The house was beautiful and spotless clean! Just as it looked in the photos. Anastasia very kind & helpful. Fully stocked for breakfast and coffee. The yard and the view were beautiful. Very important that there was private parking and even more importantly that pets are allowed. I highly recommend this place. It's exactly as it looks in the photos and in person even better. I will definitely prefer it again!!!

Joy’s Cozy Home is neat and clean and precisely as it reflects in the photographs of the listing and has amenities as described therein. It is centrally located. The cafes and supermarket are reachable in 2-3 minutes on foot from the apartment and the port of Volos is about a kilometer. The apartment has all the appliances and amenities that would be necessitated for a short/long stay. Heiko has already been conferred the honor of the ‘Super Host’. He is very attentive and accommodating. I thank you, Heiko, for being my host.

The space is an old detached house tastefully renovated. The amenities equal to a 4-star hotel, bourgeois slippers towels toiletries, autonomous heating satisfactory. The cabinets filled with all kinds of beverages, friendly hosts, fruits. Also what is normal, I have not found it anywhere and shows the character of the host is that they had a second pair of keys in case someone needs to turn a different time , this shows respect to the needs of the tenant. Easy parking near the center , quiet location, gorgeous decor, TV DVD books, are just a few of the things hosts had for us. Thank you for hosting impeccable people.

It's very convenient to go everywhere on foot As for the hot water, because I saw that some people had a problem... the faucets are just upside down haha... the blue is the hot one

It's exactly as if you're the first guest ever! Everything is very clean. You have everything you need in the studio. It is the most beautiful building in the area. There is a nice outdoor area where you can enjoy an aperitif in the evening. Good restaurants that you can reach on foot. The parking was also an added value for our rental car! And the host was a message away with a quick response. Top three of the best air bnbs we have visited all over the world! Thank you.

Great central apartment. Fridge stocked with wine and water as well as milk and butter. Snacks also provided. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing stay with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, the room was fully equipped with everything and was incredibly quiet. We will definitely be staying again!

Alexandros was very hospitable, received us personally and showed us the apartment. It was a good place for us, not in the middle of the bustling city, but at a side neighborhood, not far from the park and the boardwalk and next to a nice playground for children. There is some walking to reach downtown. And we came during winter so we didn't took advantage of its short distance to the beach. There is air-conditioner in every room and the kitchen is well equipped. We recommend not to dry the clothes outside during winter because the clothes catch the smell of the chimneys from the surroundings.

Pleasant stay in Volos. The home was without exaggeration five minutes from the center, so I didn't have to drive a car. The apartment was perfectly functional with great amenities. It had everything one will need. The place was super clean and extremely ergonomic. Mr. George was very pleasant upon our arrival, showed us the space and of course fully informed us. Something that stood out was the fact that because we had a car he texted us to let us know that although we were close to the center if we need to move the car to the harbor area to be careful where to park in order not to eat a fine as well as an application is suitable for the controlled parking spaces. We will definitely choose this home again on the next visit to the city of Volos.

Well-maintained apartment, flexible check-in, had everything we needed (shampoo, shower gel, iron, coffee and more) so we didn't have to buy anything. Convenient location 5-10 minutes walk from central points. We were pleased. All we would like is 1-2 extra hand towels.

Pagona's place is perfect, clean, close to beach and also reserved a park for us when we arrive to Volos.

The space was exactly as in the photos, with all the modern amenities, clean and beautiful. It is located close to the center of Volos, at a walking distance. Angeliki is very helpful and prompt in her response with courtesy. We rented the apartment to friends and they were absolutely satisfied. A minor observation is that the apartment number should be displayed outside the apartment so that it can be identified on the floor.
