As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
