Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vomero, Naples

Thanks to Fulvia, an absolutely charming host! We had a great stay in Naples and the accommodation is nice, quiet and easy to access from the city center. Fulvia gave us plenty of recommendations to facilitate our visit and we ate very well thanks to her good restaurant tips!

If culture is what you are after then this place has bucket loads! place is well connected and all the best sights of Naples are within a short walk or train right away. we happened to stay on the weekend of the Italian league final that Napoli were in, so brilliant for atmosphere but the walls are thin even with the ear plugs and the constant fireworks and mopeds could be hear from the street below. worth noting that there is only a small window for free check in. Having said all the the Spanish quarter is certainly a sight to have experienced.

We loved this home perfect size, comfy bed, and such thoughtful snacks after a long trip. The location was great, just a short walk to vibrant Spaccanapoli. Naples is so alive you can feel its heartbeat! A wonderful stay in a truly energetic city.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. The area is very close to main attractions. It was also very quiet at night, honestly the quietest place that we've stayed at any AirBnb in any city in all of Europe. Our host was kind and very responsive to any questions. The apartment was clean and very large. The apartment also felt very secure.We would certainly stay at this apartment again when we return to Napoli.

In the vibrant heart of Naples, Fabrizio's place offered a peaceful escape from all the noise of the city. I stayed for a week and every day/night was relaxing, and within walking distance, I was able to find a unique place to eat every day. Also nearby grocery stores in case you're looking to spend a night in and cook.

I believe this is the safest place to stay in Napoli. My taxi driver described it as the “premium” neighborhood. There are a million markets, restaurants, and bars nearby. Tons of shopping. The flat is on the 1st floor and right inside the gate so very accessible. It could use a deeper clean but I understand it is booked pretty much everyday. I moved to a hotel after and it felt a lot cleaner but I would have stayed additional days if it weren’t booked. It really is as cute as the photos. FYI: You can walk to the port on the water within 30 minutes but I would advise against walking back lmao - I walked a mile of steps for about 45 minutes and you couldn’t give up because there were no streets to get off on and get a taxi haha. Again you cannot beat Umberto’s neighborhood, and I am very lucky I didn’t book somewhere else because there are areas of Napoli that don’t appear safe from the outside, at least aesthetically. I would describe Napoli as NYC on steroids.

The home looked exactly like the photos, but the view was even more breathtaking in person. We spent so much time on the rooftop patio, taking in the incredible cityscape—and we were lucky enough to catch fireworks almost every night! The location was also super convenient. It’s just a quick 10-minute taxi ride to lots of great restaurants, and getting a taxi is really easy. Just walk out of the property, take a left, and you’ll see several taxis waiting straight ahead. The only suggestion we have is to provide an extra key to the front door. There was only one, which made it a bit tricky when our group wanted to split up during the day—we had to get creative with coordinating access. Overall, it was a fantastic 3 night stay and we’d absolutely come back!

Beautiful clean place with comfortable beds. They had a nice kitchen and great views from the balcony. Perfect location for walking around.

Rocco’s place was perfect for our visit to Naples! The neighborhood was quiet and had a very local feel to it. It was also just around the corner from the metro which took us anywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of local cafes and restaurants nearby for us to go to if we wanted to stay in the neighborhood. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Additionally the windows open to a beautiful gated courtyard. The couch pulled out into a full bed which was comfortable as well. Rocco was very welcoming and even provided us with a list of grocery stores and restaurants nearby for our convenience along with his recommendations. He also gave us a list of popular attractions organized by neighborhood. The apartment is also about a 10 minute walk from the best local Main Street with lots of shopping and local dinning. I highly recommend choosing this place for you stay in Naples.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has everything you need and more! It is located half a block from the pedestrian area of Vomero and the neighborhood is excellent with many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and very good shops. Renata is super friendly, helps you with whatever you need and is always in touch. It is well connected to the center by bus, metro or funicular.

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with love and looks very safe, especially due to the 24/7 manned gate. Would definitely come again!

If I could give Enrico 10 stars, I absolutely would! He was incredibly warm and welcoming from the start. Every recommendation he gave—whether for restaurants or places to visit—was spot on. I also asked about a late check-out since our flight wasn’t until 5 PM, and Enrico kindly agreed without charging any extra fee. I can’t thank him enough for making our trip so stress-free, especially since we were traveling with our 3-year-old toddler. Truly one of the best spots we’ve ever stayed at. Hosts seemingly thought of everything we could ever need and were so incredibly helpful. Offers a spot in Naples that’s away from a lot of tourism, so it feels like you get a true experience. Amazing bar right next door that honestly treated us like royalty. I highly highly highly recommend this spot. Easy access to public transportation, close to shopping, and amazing restaurants near by.

What a beautiful apartment in a very cosmopolitan area of Naples. The rooms are simply stunning and the terrace area is an added bonus. We only stayed for one night due to travel arrangements but we will be back to explore Naples more! Francesca was a great host, from greetings to arranging a private driver to the airport.
