J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.

La ch'tite baraque

Small renovated house, located next to our main accommodation. Guests can park their vehicle in the yard, which is closed by an automated gate. The house has a living room with basic kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, and upstairs a landing/office and a large bedroom for 2 people with 160 cm bed. Linens and towels provided. Next to the accommodation, there is a locked barn to park bicycles, motorcycles, etc.

Quiet, comfortable apartment in the heart of the Burgundy countryside on the ground floor: living room with connected TV/Wi-Fi, sofa bed for daily use, fully equipped kitchen and mini bar (extra charge), walk-in shower room, double sink, washing machine and separate toilet upstairs: beautiful queen size bed, spa bath and sauna for a relaxing moment. Outdoor areas are accessible as well as the private solar heated indoor pool.

We rent a boat with an engine for fishing.
