There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious living kitchen, two bathrooms, and a toilet. In front of the apartment is a bus station, from where you can get to the Reiteralm ski area in 15 minutes or in 5 min to the Rittisberg area. The location of the apartment is also convenient for cross-country lovers, well-maintained trails lead near the apartment.

We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Relax in the quiet environment, look at the stars, or be active in sports. As you wish. The large garden with dining area, hammock and deck chairs invites you to linger. The house is located on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away directly in front of the house. In 8 minutes on foot: sports shop, bus stop, swimming lake. Culinary, 5 minutes walk: a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries right behind the house...

The charming 35 m² apartment in Ramsau am Dachstein inspires sports and nature lovers with its ideal location. In front of the apartment, in winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and a hiking trail. A short 5-minute walk leads to the "Rittisberg," a versatile adventure mountain for the whole family. In winter it turns into a ski resort, in summer it offers a swimming lake, archery, climbing park and a roller coaster track as well as the starting point of numerous hiking trails.
