In the outdoor part of the building there is a bistro, where it is possible to arrange meals. Right in the building it is possible to visit a workshop with 3D printing. In the apartment you can admire the works of Czech and world artists. The apartment is new after a complete renovation. Parking is available in the courtyard in the garden. Possibility to use part of the garden as a private facility. Walking dogs in the garden is forbidden.

The detached house is located in a quiet environment by the pond. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows and a water area nearby. The location is suitable for walking, cycling and relaxation. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.
