The modern 65m² flat is surrounded in a peaceful place called Voula. The thing that makes this place special are the connections because you are able to get easily anywhere you want, be it center of Athens, Glyfada, Voulagsmeni and many other places. Also, the beach is 5 minutes away, the bus station is front of the apartement, the train station is also 5-7 min away. This place allows you to get to know the history of Athens but also visit the other site of Athens.
