Holiday rentals with beach access in Vouliagmeni

I loved staying here. Lila is such a good host. She was flexible for arriving time as well as check-out. She showed me the apartment and gave me tips for local eateries and swimming spots! The fridge was filled with cool drinks and there was coffee, ice, tea. The location is very convenient as you can literally walk to the beach, the lake and all the nice restaurants. Although I’ve also loved to spend some time outside in the garden, especially for breakfast or in the afternoon. Would recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the Athenian Riviera and have a peaceful stay.

We had a really lovely stay. Plenty of space, both for being social together and time for our teenagers to also have some privat time. So nice with the private area outside, with good furnitures to enjoy both the morning coffee and meals throughout the day:) We felt so welcome at this place. Thank you💗

This apartment was perfect for my family’s needs. Very spacious, excellent location, bright, and meet all our needs. Our host was quickly able to sort out a slight difficulty with check in and very responsive to messages. I would certainly stay here again!

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

This place is very homey - like staying at a friend's house. It is cozy and has all the things you'd want in a little beach getaway. It is mostly updated with some things that are due for a refresh. Comfy beds and it was great to have screens on the doors to enjoy the lovely breeze. BUT what makes this place truly great is the huge terrace with sunset views. Incredibly peaceful. Johanna was delightful to deal with - super responsive and helpful. Perfect host!

Excellent experience & amazing view and peaceful area. The host was very friendly, communication was very good and they were very understanding as I had my bridal preparation there. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is just looks like the pictures. It has a nice design with a very big balcony and a nice sea view. Everything was new. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was full of utensils. Location is nice, very local area but because it is just side of the road there is always noice coming from the road when you are at the balcony. Overall it was a good stay and I’ll stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at their beautiful home to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and what we experienced was nothing short of hospitality magic. From the moment we arrived, we were wrapped in warmth, kindness, and pure positive energy. Mrs. Chara is not just a host—she’s a sunbeam in human form. Imagine this: we walk in, and there’s a bottle of wine waiting for us with a little note for our anniversary. But it didn’t stop there. The place was overflowing with thoughtful touches—fresh fruit, cold drinks, homemade jams, sweets, and local goodies. Every corner whispered care. Every shelf felt like a warm hug. And just when we thought we couldn’t feel more spoiled… she surprised us with handmade gifts. During our stay. After our stay. We’re still recovering emotionally. Who does that? Mrs. Chara. And the cherry on top? You’re just a 10-minute walk from one of the most iconic beaches in Athens. Morning swims, golden hour walks, or stargazing by the shore—it’s all right there.

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Beautiful clean interior of Airbnb with beautiful tranquil garden. Very helpful host communicating thru Airbnb. Just know that when you walk around on city streets, it’s messy and dirty with trash everywhere-nothing to do with the Airbnb, it’s just how it is. The beach is a quick 10 min walk and beach/mountain scenery is beautiful.

Had a great stay at the apartment! Our stay was short and we definitely wished we stayed longer as the place was very beautiful and comfortable and felt like home! The host was very responsive and welcoming and helped us with anything extra we needed. Also one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Will definitely be back!

While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Seamless check-in! Christovalantis is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Glyfada was a great base for visiting Athens and having some down time at the beach too. It is a short walk into the centre of Glyfada which is great for shopping. (Take the side roads as they are not as busy). The apartment is literally a couple of minutes away from an amazing vegan restaurant and a great little grocery store with organic food. We took Uber equivalents (Freenow app) for day trips into Athens. Glyfada has some nice free beaches and a lovely walkway along the beach. I can also recommend Vougliameni (which is also a few minutes taxi ride away). This has some exceptional flat, sandy beaches where you can walk in endlessly on flat sand. The majority of these beaches however are private and quite expensive. Worth it for the odd day. Overall beautiful country, lovely apartment and exceptional host.

Location is wonderful, near lost of beaches. Ermina is a good owner . We lived one problem there; the apartment’s electric doesn’t work during our all holiday. But we gave 5 stars, ıt deserves. Thanx Ermina for your hospitality

A beautiful place to stay, within walking distance to local restaurants, beach and supermarket. Hosts were friendly, helpful and gave great recommendations, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Faliro away from the hustle of Athens city centre. Felt truly relaxed.
