The apartment is a studio on the 4th floor. In the bedroom, in addition to the double bed, there is a comfortable double sofa (not a bed), a wall mirror, a large TV and a coffee table. The kitchen has modern cabinets, a table and all the necessary appliances. In the bathroom there is a small bathtub, a washing machine and the necessary accessories. The studio is very close to the beaches of Sykies, Papathanasiou and Kourenti and the stop for the University (Former Technological Educational Institute).

It consists of hall, bathroom, living room with kitchen and marble fireplace and one bedroom, which has a double bed with anatomic mattress. In the living room there is a corner sofa that turns into a bed for two people. It has a heater for heating in the winter, while the house is very cool in the summer.
