Holiday rentals with a patio in Vrachati

Apparently impeccable and all the equipment new. 2 nights to visit the surroundings were perfect. Really central, small village with everything you need. The host is very responsive and provides information on beaches and restaurants Reasonable price. Thank you for this stop

We spent 2 whole weeks in October in Mariangela's apartment, when the weather was still warm, but not too hot, and the water temperature was perfect (24-25 degrees). Our main goal was having a relaxing time and the apartment ideally fitted this goal. We received the key for access to a private beach, 100 meter from the home, so we went swimming almost every day, sometimes even twice. Other beaches were nearby. Notwithstanding our late arrival at 10 PM we were met cordially by Mariangela and her husband Michael. The refrigerator was filled with welcome gifts, such as wine, juice, bread and paté. Also there were lots of food supplies (coffee, tea, own olive oil, candies, crackers), all of which we were invited to use. Mariangela and Michael were very helpful and momentarily answered to all our requests. Michael even invited us for a private boat trip, which we unfortunately had to decline. We immediately felt at home in the apartment! Next time in Greece we will surely return here!

Everything was perfect, I would highly recommend. Very nice, the bottles of cold water, the toiletries, even if we had our own, etc. Even a baby bed provided free of charge Best regards, Thomas

The location was in the heart of the action. The convenience was exceptional to restaurants, shopping and cafes. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a lovely stay at Christos. The apartment is very clean, very well appointed, in a quiet location and close to all amenities. Christophe was very responsive by message and thoughtful. We would recommend this listing!

The place was extremely clean and taken care of. We had a blast! Highly recommended for 3 families with kids.

Niki's place was a simple yet very comfortable little home. Very welcoming on arrival. Good bed and bedding, extremely nice shower, and a washing machine turned out useful too. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen had just about what we needed for cooking a meal, but do bring own oil etc. They did supply provisions for making coffee and tea. The area is extremely peaceful and lovely and quiet in the night.

Great accommodation with parking space. Excellent location. The owner welcomed us in an extremely friendly way.

The house was very thoughtful, new furniture, and electronics. Dimitris is a host who is interested in offering quality hosting services, very responsive to communication. The neighborhood is very quiet but in 2 minutes walk you are in the commercial alleys. The yard of the house will enchant you!

Hosting was above and beyond. The apartment is clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need. Really feel at home. Perfect with children. The well maintained garden made the eyes pleasant and the children enjoyed running and playing in it. Kostas is available and quickly answered all our questions prior to arrival. We asked to change the form of sleeping arrangement for the children and he immediately arranged and took care of everything. In the fridge there were treats that made the entrance to the apartment homey. The apartment is in a quiet area, 1 minute drive from the main street where there is everything, mini market, restaurants, shops. Kostas lives in close proximity to the apartment but his presence was not felt at all, gave complete privacy. On the other hand, everything we asked for, helped immediately and with a smile. Kostas explained about the area and what to do with children, we discovered a conversationalist who was fun to talk to. His presence was undoubtedly part of our good experience there. Highly recommend!!!

When I come back to Nafplio I will repeat here. just 10 minutes away by car, quiet, beautiful, relaxed, with barbecue, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen... everything you need!

This appartment was great to be at. The view is incredible. And the appartment is great if you’re going out a lot. It’s not an appartment where you can just relax for a couple days although the beach is good to stay at. The appartment was clean and tidy. We wished the bathroom was a bit bigger, but it wasn’t a big problem. In this time of the year there was quite a bit of wind which made that in the evening the temperature would go down quite fast and you could’t sit on the balcony without putting on some warme clothes. But overal great appartment if you want to visit all the beautiful places in the area and love a great view.

Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!

We had a wonderful stay at Kimisoo Room! The place was clean and exactly as described. Very cute. The host was kind and greeted us warmly upon arrival, which made us feel welcome. The location was perfect for us, central, yet peaceful (we had a car), and right across the street there’s a super cute bar where you can grab a great coffee or a drink and soak in the local vibe. It was such a pleasant surprise! We truly enjoyed our time here, and so did our dog, who felt just as welcome as we did. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
