The house is located in a quiet place with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and is surrounded by greenery, has a swimming pool, barbecue. The house stretches over two floors (ground floor and first floor), a total of 8 people. It consists of two separate apartments that are rented as a whole. The apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom The apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, 2 rooms with twin beds and a bathroom.

It is a great spot if you're looking to relax, enjoy beach, sun and fresh air. Feel free to use traditional stone grill to cook fish which you can get from local fishermen. Enjoy your meal on the balcony with natural pine shade. You can experience occasional famous wind Bura that makes our sea clean and has proven respiratory benefits.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Our house with sea view is located in the village Zakosa-bay near the towns of Senj and Sveti Juraj,under the mountain Velebit.There are three national parks in the vicinity.Nice place for a quite holiday. This apartment is for four persons. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
