In a beautiful location in the middle of the woods is our lovely, cozy cottage, suitable for 4 to 5 people. The cottage is located on a small-scale and quiet park. The core values of the park are peace, nature and privacy. So you will find here especially nature lovers and peace seekers. The park has various facilities, such as a reception, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and playground. It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Relax in the private sauna or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (seasonally open daily in blocks of 2–3 hours by appointment). The pool will be closed from September 5, 2025. This makes the forest house very suitable for families who want to enjoy a comfortable stay. Due to the location, we do not rent to young people/groups of friends.

Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this is accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location
