Entire upper floor, w/ bedroom, mezzanine and w/c

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

The apartment is located in the most popular Design District, only 8 minutes away from Ban Jelacic Square on foot. Everything you need is just steps away: bakery, supermarkets, restaurants, lots of cool coffee bars (Park restaurant and Booksa just across the street, Blok Bar, Mr Fogg, Mojo) All tourists attractions are within walking distance. Bus station is 10 min away and Train station 15 min by foot. Come to beautiful Zagreb and I am sure you will love it!

Uz sanitarni čvor tu je i veliki walk-in tuš te prostor za odmaranje na posebno dizajniranim drvenim ležaljkama. Svim gostima na raspolaganju je bogat izbor čajeva kao i kava, a uz nadoplatu je moguće koristiti i minibar. Parking je odmah ispred prostora i ne naplaćuje se.

Bakery and grocery store within 50 m from the apartment, 5 min walk to the farmers market on Kvaternikov trg square. ONLY 15 min walk to main square, or 5 min with nearby tram.

The apartment is located 500 m from the main Samobor King Tomislav Square, where you can try the famous Samobor cream cakes and Bermet and enjoy the rich catering. In their free time, guests can enjoy a walk to the Old Town in Samobor, which is a 20-minute walk from the square, as well as cycling and hiking in the famous Samobor mountains.

Enjoy the local cuisine of Samobor, beautiful nature for climbing and places for walk. It is also very famous for its Carnival in February. You must see this little, cute and peaceful town it and enjoy it.
