It is an approx. 300 year old stone house, lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open floor, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors. In the garden are orange, lemon, pomegranate and almond tree and another seating area. On the large terrace is a brick barbecue. From the parking lot to the house about 150 m. The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
