Semiha hanım ve ailesi çok yardımseverdi. Ev marketlerin çok yakınında park sorunu olmayan bir yerde Alaçatı merkeze yakın. Havuz temiz ve çevreden çok gözükmeyen bir konumda olduğu için rahat. Aileyle tatil için çok güzel bir seçenek. Kesinlikle tavsiye. Herşey için teşekkürler

Ein absoluter Traum in Alacati! Diese Villa war wirklich ein Highlight unseres Urlaubs! Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern – der große Pool und die liebevoll gestaltete Außenanlage laden von morgens bis abends zum Entspannen ein. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig. Die Innenräume sind modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten – perfekt, um gemeinsam für die ganze Familie zu kochen. Abends haben wir fast immer draußen gegessen, mit Blick auf den Pool – einfach traumhaft! Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar: In wenigen Minuten ist man an den schönsten Stränden der Umgebung oder in Alacati zum Bummeln und Essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder!

Bonjour, tout d’abord nous comptons remercier Burak et son papa Mustafa pour cet accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. La villa était très propre et comme sur les photos les propriétaires sont soucieux de notre bien-être. Ils nous ont même conseillé pour faire des activités et trouver des bons restaurants. Je conseille fortement. La villa est très bien située, nous avons tout à proximité, il y a même un Carrefour à 100 m. Merci encore. À très vite, je reviendrai.

Konaklama gününe kadar Ferhat beyle iletişim halindeydik sorulara hızlı ve çözüm odaklı dönüşler sağladı. Konaklama yapacağımız gün Sebiha hanım ile tanıştık daha telefon konuşmasında bile samimi ve içten sesi içinizi rahatlatmaya yetiyor. Her şey o kadar mükemmeldi ki Çeşmede tekrar geleceğimiz bir evimiz oldu diyebilirim :) Her yer tertemiz pırıl pırıldı mis gibi temizlik kokuyordu :) Sebiha hanımın kahvaltımıza yaptığı jest çok ince düşünülmüştü. Evdeki her detay tek kelime ile kusursuzdu. Sebiha hanımın bizi yolcu ederken arkamızdan su dökmesi ve güzel dileklerde temennilerde bulunması çok güzel ve çok ince bir davranıştı. Ferhat bey ve annesi Sebiha hanıma her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub und eine tolle Zeit im Haus. Korhan und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar für jegliche Fragen. Das Haus entsprach vollends unseren Vorstellungen und auch die schnelle Erreichbarkeit diverser Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Strände innerhalb weniger Autominuten war top. Nichts auf dieser Welt ist perfekt und ich könnte sicherlich 1-2 Sachen nennen, die nicht 100% waren, aber insgesamt waren wir mehr als zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die sehr freundliche und gute Kommunikation und alles Gute!

Tatil süresince bizimle Ege Bey ilgilendi. Eve girişimizden itibaren her konuda yardımcı oldu ve ev beklentimizin üzerinde iyiydi. Tertemizdi ve düzenliydi. Harika bir tatil deneyimiydi. Tekrar geleceğime eminim.

Öncelikle Engin beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Muazzam ilgi alaka bir ev sahibi değil aileden biri gibi herşeyi detayına kadar ince ince anlatan soru işareti bırakmadığı için çok rahat bir deneyim yaşadık. Olanaklar harika havuz salon muazzam. Her sene geleceğim yeni yer. Tertemiz heryere çok çok yakın teşekkürler

Bir villa ne kadar temiz olabilirse o kadar temizdi. Havuz da ayrıca tertemizdi. Havuz fotoğraflarda göründüğünden daha büyüktü bence. Mangalda vardı ve kullanabildik. Mutfak çok düzenliydi. Bardak, tencere, çay demlik ketıl vs vardı. Sadece sinekliklerde yer yer delikler vardı. Birkaç tane sivrisinekle uğraştık. Onun dışında mükemmeldi. Evin bulunduğu mühit gayet sakin ve huzurlu. Arabayla ılıca plajına 8/10 dakika uzaklıkta. Parasını fazlasıyla haketti. Cansel hanım sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi ve gayet ilgiliydi. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Despoina gerçekten düşünceli birisi. İhtiyacınız olan her şey bu evde mevcut. Esnek giriş çıkış saatleri bizim için hayat kurtarıcı oldu yine geldiğimizde kesinlikle kalmayı düşündüğümüz bir yer.

This jewel is right on the beach called Limnos, only a few minutes drive from Limnia, Volissos and Agia Markella. We have spent many hours on the two balconies staring at the sea or the stars. Our hosts had also supplied a parasol and sun loungers for us to enjoy the beach while swimming. Because it was low season, it felt as if we’ve had the whole Limnos area and beach to ourselves; what a luxury! Though there was no horeca within walking distance open yet, we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy scrumptious food and drinks. The traditional bakery “Klossa” in Volissos has been a highlight and already a fond memory. Our hosts received us with big warm smiles and an overflowing bowl of seasonal fruit. They have been friendly, discreet, helpful, flexible and very generous in every way.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Eine kleine, saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Man ist super schnell am schönen Strand.

Host was commmunicative.Very clean and comfy house.Also great location in the city centre.I personally thanks to host for everything

Es wahr einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Alles wie beschrieben,aber in der Realität noch viel mehr. Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem schönem Haus.Haben die tolle Außendusche genossen und die wunderschöne Terrasse und den Blick über das Meer. Und regelmäßig die Taverne unten am Strand.Gutes Essen und so Gastfreundlich.Ein wunderbarer Familienbetrieb.Haben auch fast alle Tips von Dispoina und Iannis besucht. Sie waren immer ansprechbar und unkompliziert.Zur Begrüßung gab es alles für ein kleines Frühstück und gekühlte Getränke.!!!! Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu genießen und diese schöne ruhige und entspannte Insel kennenzulernen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in einem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt 🙏🏽 Wir waren zu 3. und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden bestens empfangen von Enis. Als wir leider den Schlüssel nicht gefunden haben, war er auch so lieb und hat uns in wenigen Minuten einen Ersatzschlüssel gebracht und uns geholfen. Vielen Dank

Très bel appartement avec climatisation. Beaucoup d'espace, très agréable à vivre, ideal pour tous types de voyageurs, seul ou en famille. L'appartement est proche de Chios. Il y a un petit supermarché au coin de la rue ou vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Maria m'a accueillie à mon arrivée pour me présenter les lieux. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le gâteau qu'elle m'avait préparé et l'eau dans le frigidaire surtout que le dimanche les supermarchés sont fermés. Maria est une personne très gentille et a été disponible à chaque fois que j'ai eu besoin d'elle. Elle m'a même permis de trouver du miel d'apiculteur. Je recommande.

Hayatımızda geçirdiğimiz en iyi tatildi. Ev sahibine sonsuz teşekkür ederiz. Sanki bir aile büyüğümüzün yanına tatile gitmişiz gibi sıcakkanlı ve ilgililerdi. Ev tertemizdi ve her şey dört dörtlüktü. Ev adanın merkezine, yeme - içme noktalarına ve en güzel koylara çok yakın. Ev sahipleri aşırı düşünceli ve dostcanlısı. Adadaki her türlü konuda destekleri ve harika bir ev deneyimi için ev sahiplerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Adanın diğer yakasında bir dost, aile edindik. Türkiye’de her zaman bir evleri var bizim chios’ta olduğu gibi… Simos ve eşine sonsuz teşekkürler 🙏

If you are looking to be in a place, that is walking distance from the center of the city of Chios, this is your place. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Lot's of privacy. Only minus on the place is that there is no view towards sea (you are surrounded by buildings), although the garden gives some nice touch. Highly recommended

İpek hanım son derece kibar ve kolay ulaşılabilirdi. Ev de görsellerdeki gibi, tavsiye ederim

Biz evi çok temiz modern ve altyapısı tamamen yeterli bulduk. Bulunduğu köy huzur dolu sessiz ve geleneksel özelliklerini koruyan bir ada köyüydü ve sahilinde gem denize girdik hem de güzel yemekler yedik. Nostaljikti. Adada gezilecek tüm yerlere nerdeyse eşit mesafede bir konumdaydı. Ancak mutlaka ev sahibimizin her an ve her şekilde bize samimiyetle yardımcı olması ise paha biçilemezdi. Çok istediğimiz restoran için bize rezervasyon için bile yardımcı oldu. Yine adata has ürünler evde bizim için süpriz olarak bırakılmıştı ve ilk günkü içme suyumuz bile dolapta hazırdı. Eve gayet kolay bir giriş deneyimi yaşadık.Her türlü konuda sıcak bir iletişim içindeydi. Bir yakınımızın evinde gibiydik. Chios’daki evimiz belli artık. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik ve mutlu ayrıldık.çok teşekkürler .❤️

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ωραία. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, αλλά και σε κοντινή απόσταση από το πανεπιστήμιο και το κέντρο. Ηταν σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο όπου δεν υπήρχε φασαρία από τον δρόμο. Ο Νικηφόρος είναι πολύ φιλικός αλλά και πρόθυμος να απαντήσει στα πάντα! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία και όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά το νησί, θα μείνουμε πάλι εκεί!

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!
