Amazing villa with a private pool, sauna and a whirlpool. Modern and very well equipped, looks exactly like on pictures, even though one might think it's just visualizations. Iva was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful vacation and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ivan for this great vacation.

What a beautiful peaceful location. Everything is perfect! The most friendliest hosts and of course not forgetting Hugo who greeted us each day, gave a good home feeling. The villa is top standard, all amenities are available. WiFi was great. Pool was just the perfect place to relax. I will miss watching the many variety of birds who come to visit especially the Eurasian Hoopoes! Thank you so much, we love Croatia and will be back

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is not only very large, but also immaculately clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality olive oil and the delicious wines that were available directly on site - a wonderful regional addition! The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is beautifully maintained, the pool invites you to relax and the small but very well-equipped gym was perfect for staying active on vacation. The reception was extremely warm – we were greeted very kindly and received many great recommendations for the area. The host was always available and made our stay all around pleasant with his helpfulness. We can highly recommend this house and the hosts and will definitely come back! 🍷🏡

We enjoyed staying as a couple at the place in Bralići very much. The personal welcome by Nelo including homemade wine and homemade fruit was very nice and pleased us very much. Both Nelo and Fani were responsive to us at all times and the contact was very friendly and unobtrusive. The weather didn't quite play along, but we were lucky and were still able to use the beautiful pool for a few days. Even if the weather is a little worse, you can stay well in the house and relax or explore Istria. We were now in Istria for the second time and can recommend the location of the property as a starting point to explore. By car you can reach all the hotspots of Istria relatively quickly. Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

Villa Casa Nova is relatively new, in a quiet location, well equipped and very clean. The village of Bale is located halfway between Rovinj and Pula. The sea is also only a few kilometers away. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Everything tipitopi. The rooms and bathrooms are functional and very nice. The mattresses guarantee a restful sleep. The kitchen is excellently equipped and the private barbeque room invites you to barbecue in a great atmosphere. Everything was provided except for the charcoal.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while traveling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super responsive and quick to respond. When we are back in Istria, there is only one AirBnB for us.

The villa is relatively well located, you have your peace in the pool, you don't feel watched and can relax. You also have only 10 minutes to the city by car. Basically, the village is rather quiet. The villa was clean, in the kitchen everything you need was available (except groceries of course). Julie went out of her way to make sure everything was prepared for the kids. Milo, the local contact person, was also available 24/7 and came by within a very short time in case of problems or the like.

We had an incredible stay at this house in Flengi! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Daniel is truly a superhost—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region!

The house is wonderful for 3 families (6 adults +3 children under 2 years). We had a wonderful stay! There's nothing missing. Questions and suggestions were processed quickly. One of the 3 bedrooms cannot be darkened because a window of the shutters is missing. That's the only thing I can complain about. I'd love to come back.

We were able to spend 9 wonderful days in Mikela's vacation home. The children especially liked the large garden with pool and the play facilities. House and furnishings were exactly as described. Mikela lives with her family right next door and was always helpful to reach or gave us insider tips for the area. Although the house is rural, it is ideally located to quickly reach excursion destinations both with the beach and inland. We have decided to come back in any case. Thanks again to you, Mikela!

It was a great vacation for me and my kids. Super nice space. Pool was heated. Sea, resturants, and shops all in the effort. Arthur the landlord responds quickly and has had great tips for us. Will be back!!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

We were able to book the accommodation with Silvana at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The on-site contact with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, and the fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)
