Cozy apartment in the Heart of the Pre-Alps

Located in a serene environment, just steps away from the forest, this standalone and cozy unit situated in a large chalet will enchant you with its simplicity and comfort. Accessible only by car, it is strategically placed in La Frasse and it is surrounded by mountain biking trails and hiking paths. Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find a wide range of shops and restaurants in the center of Les Paccots and in Châtel-Saint-Denis (for the more adventurous, a 30-minute walk!)

Charming independent apartment, quiet, ideally located, on the lower floor of a family house built in 2021, located in the heart of La Gruyère, 10 minutes from Bulle and the highway, in a quiet area in the countryside. Skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, thermal baths, indoor pool, lake, historical sites, many walks and gastronomy: everything is close to the accommodation! The charging station for your electric car is available on request if needed!

Discover the Gruyère region by staying in front of the unique panorama of the Gastlosen, in the calm and sunshine, 5 minutes from Charmey (ski lifts, thermal baths) and 10 minutes from Gruyères, 35 minutes from Montreux/Vevey and Fribourg, 1 hour from Lausanne. Many hikes are possible from the chalet, such as the Mont Biffé, or the Tour du Lac de Montsalvens. Our fully equipped chalet is perfect for a couple or a family: wifi, TV, fitted kitchen.

Cocoon paradise and dream landscape

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is close to our home, but it has an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream while looking at the view, the sun's path, on one of the terraces or by the fireplace. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself for teleworking, escape as a couple... The hardest part is leaving. In JULY and AUGUST, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. 😊

Just 3 minutes from the train station, a parking space is also available in front of the entrance to the house. The studio is close to the forest and has a playground. Transformed in 2015, this once attic building, has retained traditional architectural elements. A mix of period elements, natural materials, and modern comforts, create a charming vibe. Ideally located in the historic center of Grandvillard, the studio is on the ground floor of a house built in 1768. Partly renovated, it contains everything you need for your stay, comfortable bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, heating, TV (for reading USB key), wifi and a terrace. It has the peculiarity of still presenting the remains of the old forge next to a pretty chimney.
