It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

The center of Ogulin is about 850 meters or about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house with a beautiful view of the Klek mountain from the living room. There's a parking lot in the yard, and there's a large garden where guests can relax in a natural and peaceful environment.
