The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a quiet setting 5km from the historic center (therefore you need a vehicle to get around), with a parking space and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. POSSIBILITY OF USING A POOL NEARBY.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a room with kitchenette, single sofa bed, and pull-out bed for a 4th lounger. The pebble beach is 200 meters below the house THE OUTDOOR POOL IS OPEN FROM MID MAY TO MID OCTOBER

Dall'ampio patio difronte al mare si gode di una vista spettacolare sulle Eolie, nonché di emozionanti tramonti . Le spiagge distano 800 m. L'alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie con bambini e animali domestici e in generale agli amanti della natura. A due passi dalla nostra abitazione c'è una splendida piscina vista mare riservata agli ospiti del residence.
