Our cozy B&B is centrally located in the head of North Holland. Because of this location we are very easy to reach both by car and by public transport. The cottage is completely private in a very large garden with its own sunny terrace. Make use of all facilities offered including digital TV & internet. The lodge is located approximately 10 km from the beach and you can also make many nice trips. Visit Enkhuizen, the cheese market in Alkmaar or take the train to Amsterdam.

The flat is one large space of 140m2. Upon arrival, you will come up with the spiral staircase and immediately approach the wonderful Private Rooftop Terrace of 100m2 with built-in Jacuzzi. The house is American relaxed furnished ; think of chesterfield sofas and a large beamer with good sound system. The kitchen is spacious and has utensils and standard utensils. There is no separate bedroom, the 2 double beds are behind curtains. Bathroom has a spacious shower

It is a 300-meter walk from the public swimming pool and supermarket and is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Our location gives you all possibilities to explore the area and is very centrally located for nice trips to the beach, the dunes, the IJsselmeer or cities such as Schagen, Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Smoking is not allowed inside.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland and in the evening there are no buses. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you have to take care of the breakfast yourself.
