Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our cozy apartment is located in our single-family home in the mountains. You look into the mountains and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. The apartment is intended to be more than a family apartment. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee, you can do numerous leisure activities. The nearest shopping is right in the adjacent village of Nussdorf 4.5 km. Our property is not accessible by public transportation.

The high-quality apartment for 1-4 people is located on the ground floor of our family home. In summer time it is naturally fresh. It has a bright living-dining area with a couch and TV element. The large bedroom offers a 180 cm box spring bed and an included private bathroom. The smaller bedroom has a 140 cm box spring bed. There is another bathroom with shower/toilet. The small but nice kitchenette offers best comfort.

The apartment is perfect for couples or small families with one child as well as for workcation. The southwest-facing apartment offers all amenities for a memorable stay. Enjoy the quiet, rural atmosphere of the place. Relax on the balcony or in the sauna, use the fully equipped kitchen or explore the mountains and lakes. State-of-the-art e-bikes are available. Lake Mondsee and a swimming area are a 5-minute walk away.
