In summer, the town flourishes with activities such as golf, hiking in the surrounding mountains, cycling on the road and in the terrain, as well as an impressive water park, where access is free.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.

New apartements in sunny location

The flats F1 and F2 will be available for our guests from July 2024. Both boast high-quality furnishings and a unique panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The flats are located on the 2nd floor and offer space for 5 people each. Equipped with kitchen-living area, 2 bedrooms, 1x bathroom with shower, 1x separate WC, flat-screen TV, wifi Internet and south-facing balcony.
