This property lies in the heart of the valley with plenty of outdoor experiences such as hunting, fishing, bird watching or simply taking a walk along the fence line to watch the bison. This can provide an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Summer is the peak calving time. Our bison calves are spunky and enjoyable to watch.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, dock, Lily pad swim raft, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

"Bertha's Cabin" takes you back in time with cedar walls and maple floor even the original chimney from Grandma Bertha's day. Enjoy modern bathroom and kitchen amenities; LP grill. Invite friends and family to the nearby "Andrew Cabin" and the RV campsites at Sheyenne Oaks Campground.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

Pilgrim's Inn

Enjoy a cozy stay in a private, 3 bedroom suite. Complete with a private bath, sitting room/breakfast nook and front porch. PLEASE NOTE: This Suite is located in the upper level of our residence and does not include a full kitchen. ***NOTE*** *Limit of 8 guests with a fee of $15/person/night after 2 guests. *We also welcome extended stays, giving a 15% discount on week long stays and a 25% discount on monthly stays.
