Studio in beautiful garden next to the estuary

My place is close to parks and great views. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the people, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Guests are welcome from everywhere and anywhere. Make yourselves at home. This is a studio space with a bed/sitting room, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a hand basin then a separate toilet and shower area. There's a place to hang clothes and plenty of storage in drawers and cupboards. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, small conventional oven and cooktop with an additional double cooking ring for the enthusiasts. Plenty of cooking and eating utensils. Guest have access to the back garden where there's a bench table for afternoon and evening sun. There's a line to hang washing at the back of the garden. Guest are also welcome at any time to use the tables and chairs on the front deck to enjoy the morning sun and views over the estuary. We want you to enjoy your stay and see as much of Auckland as possible. There is so much to see, we have 34 regional parks just for starters! There's plenty of space just over the road for walking, running, kayaking, cycling, tennis and futsal and a swimming pool 20 minutes walk away. We are more than happy to help you find places of interest to visit and show how best to get there. >If you have a car please park it on the left of the road, outside the house. It's perfectly safe there but should be locked at all times and don't leave any valuables in them. >You will find various bus and train schedules and maps in the studio. We will try to make sure they are always up to date but can't guarantee it. Best use the website (EMAIL HIDDEN) to plan journeys and or buy an AT HOP card (the closet place is the Panmure rail station) which makes it easier to pay fro trips on buses and trains. >There are a group of shops on Tripoli Road (just a 3 minute walk through the Tamaki Primary school grounds). The shops sell, food (milk, bread, convenience foods, fruit & vegs etc), liquor, chinese take-aways.

A new two rooms, one living suite.Convenient transportation, safe and comfortable.

The suite is completely separate from the host's space and is part of a brand new 2-storey whole villa with an enclosed courtyard in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. The villa is located in Pakuranga Heights, East District, extremely convenient for transportation, Bus station is right at the doorstep, 5 minutes to the highway, 20 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown and Auckland War Museum, 7 minutes to Half Moon Bay, and only 3 minutes away from Lloyd Elsmore Park, where you can enjoy the sun, grassy areas, walking trails, swimming, gym, duck pond and children's Playground, next to Highland Park shopping center with large foreign supermarket and Chinese supermarket.The nearest shopping mall, Pakuranga Plaza, is a four minute drive, with a night market every Saturday afternoon at 6pm, Botany Downs shopping mall is an eight minute drive, and Sylvia Park shopping mall is a ten minute drive. The suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette for simple cooking, air-conditioning, HD TV, guest fridge and free fiber optic Wi-Fi, plenty of free parking on the street.Brand new bed linens, they are washed after guests check out, to keep the room clean and tidy. Milk, bread, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit are prepared for guests to have breakfast for the first 3 days. The laundry room is on the side of the house, we are open when needed.

Tui cottage is located across the road from a short walkway to Maraetai beach & cafes. Lovely two bedroom self contained flat, with own separate entrance & bbq patio area. Great place for either two couples or a family escape, sleeps four. Take some time to kick back & relax on the lounge deck chairs while you enjoy a coffee or glass of wine while taking in the panoramic view. Also available on site in a separate cottage, romantic unique couples escape with 4 post bed, spa and amazing views.

Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the village of Howick where shops, banks, bars and restaurants can be found: the Saturday Market is very popular! 4 local beaches can be accessed with a 10 minute drive or public transport can take you to the ferry (to sail to the Auckland CBD )or bus into town. The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .

We welcome you to our 1-bdrm studio, situated on St Heliers Bay Road, just a few hundred metres from Maskell St shops. Down a long driveway, guests have their own private parking and access into this lower floor studio, giving total convenience, space and privacy. Private courtyard surrounded by trees and birdsong. Note: driveway is steep. Enjoy the fast wifi, smart TV, fresh coffee/muesli and everything else you'll need to enjoy a stay in the eastern bays.

Bright sunny, warm rooms, located downstairs in our family home. It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks.
