As well as the basics to make you feel more than at home, we are also able to cater for your most loved pet providing they can sleep outside. We also have paddocks to accommodate horses. (Summer months only) There is lots to see and do, Ollie the horse loves carrots, the cats may come and visit, calves need patting and at times we have sheep and lambs to play with. We offer breakfast when stays are for a minimum of two nights.

Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. It is a great base to explore Tekapo, Twizel, Mount Cook , clay cliffs at Omarama and the Coastal town of Oamaru . It is also on the A20 cycle trail . My Apartment is a golfers paradise and has an outdoor eating area and Sky T V. But no WiFi.

Great stay, wonderful to be able to park our car and trailer off the street. Very quiet neighbourhood and nice outside space. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need to cook a good meal. There are extra touches like a mark on the shower mixer to show exactly where to dial to to get the perfect hot water for the shower.

We had a nice 3 day stay at Paula's place. It was close enough to town to walk to the museum, restaurants, and Kurow Hill. It was in a peaceful setting and had all the amenities we needed. Paula was responsive and provided lots of information on things to do in and around Kurow. Would recommend as a stop on the A2O or travels around the Mackenzie region.

Wonderfully warm and well equipped home. Had a family feel about it. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless. It was great to have power in the outside shed to charge our e bikes. What a stunning area, and Kurow is a great spot to explore this region. Thank you for providing a lovely place to relax after a days riding.
