Apartment holiday rentals in Waipouli Beach

This was one of the best and most accomodating stays we've had. Carla is so responsive and everything is so well stocked--she truly thought of everything! Typically, I bring laundry/dish detergent and paper products with us but this was completely unnecessary as she was very generous with the provisions-which is great if you're travelling from far to Kauai like we were. She also had toys, baby equipment, boogie boards, beach/pool towels, tennis racquets (literally everything) to make our stay perfect! Although there were only 5 of us staying in Lae Nani, we had a total of 13 family members on our trip and they were able to enjoy the premises as well. Our place became the "hub" for swimming, family meals, and of course many memories that we will Cherish forever. I would highly recommend!

I had a great stay! The host was very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The check-in process was easy, and the location was convenient. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

The most beautiful view! The grounds were beautiful and the pool was just perfect. You can even walk to Lava Lava restaurant! The condo was very well appointed and it had everything we needed.

The view from the Airbnb is fantastic. This was our first time in Kauai and I couldn’t decide if we wanted to stay in the north side or south side. Staying in Kapaa allowed us to visit the rest of the island easily, and there are plenty of restaurants and activities to explore immediately next to the Airbnb. Having beach chairs and umbrellas to bring to the beach is so nice! While we didn’t cook any meals, the kitchen is a full kitchen and would have been easy to eat meals in. We stayed in April and didn’t use the window AC in the bedroom. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay. The view was outstanding. The gardens around the complex are gorgeous!! The condo was just perfect for us. Nothing better than enjoying the view from the lanai.

Darrin’s place was absolutely incredible. The condo was bright, clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip to Kauai. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and coming back to such a comfortable, peaceful spot each evening made our trip even more special. Excellent location! Enjoyed several dinners out on the lanai that overlooks the pool with an incredible view of the ocean. We would get up and have coffee on the lanai and also take a walk down the path along the ocean almost every morning. This path goes for miles and my husband enjoyed running on it while my son and I rented bikes and rode to explore the beaches. Loved that this condo is walking distance to Coconut Marketplace - a cute and fun outdoor shopping area with several restaurants! Also close to quaint town of Kapa’a. Very nice that this condo has AC! Nice to come back after a long day of site-seeing to a bedroom we could cool off for sleeping. Loved the kitchen with all the utensils to cook your meals and we even made use of the grill by the pool to cookout. This condo also had beach chairs! We appreciate the reviews that told us to bring our own soap and shampoo so we were prepared for this situation. Highly recommend this condo!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The views were breathtaking—we couldn’t get enough of watching the ocean right from the property. The space was spotless and felt super comfortable, and Brandi was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. But the real magic? Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crash all night long. It was like having a real-life sound machine, only better. So peaceful and relaxing—we’ve never slept so well! Would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredible and the recommendations were so great. There’s a few house rules which I’m not so used to but it was clear from the beginning and definitely helps to keep the place bug and critter free which is a huge plus! Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time on Kauai staying at this beautiful studio! It was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with anything we really needed. The description and pictures were accurate, and after I asked Andrea if the studio had a beach umbrella in it, she bought one for our stay! It was very nicely decorated, and the space was comfortable for two people. The bed was also large and comfortable, which was nice! The location was perfect, situated a short drive from many nice beaches and restaurants. Andrea was very attentive, helpful and kind, providing us with local recommendations before our stay and providing us with quick responses upon our arrival. Overall, we had a great time!

Annie and Greg, had amazing communication from prior to our stay until after our stay. They were very friendly and kind, answered any questions that we had, as well as responding very swiftly to things. There home was gorgeous, it had all the amenities you would need. If you needed anything else the grocery store was just up the street a quick walk or drive would it. My husband and I love staying in princeville when we go to kauai. We would absolutely stay here again, we loved their home. It was very clean and cozy. Even without AC the fans worked great and they also had an additional fan if you required extra air. the balcony had a great view too. We do wish we used the pool sooner it was so warm. You can walk down to the beach area or a quick drive. Annie and Greg make you feel so comfortable and offer amazing tips for your stay to be smooth. I loved the location. Listening to the ocean every night was amazing. Having a cooler and beach chairs to take to the beach everyday was great. Cash is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for that. I would definitely stay here again. I plan on it.

For the price, the stay was great! We could see the ocean, walk to beaches, and walk to the hotel one for dinner and drinks. I absolutely loved it, this area is magical! Also Ellie was very responsive! There were a few bug friends the first night but from my understanding it is to be expected in the area. I would love to come back and bring my mom!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

Aloha Zen Oasis was a beautiful stay. The house was a perfect Hawaiian vacation Airbnb. The area was very quiet, and we enjoyed staying in the Princeville area. it was an easy to drive to all the great beaches on the north shore, and to the cute town ofHannali.

The place is great. A large king size bed and a queen size pullout sofa bed fit 2 adults and 2 kids just fine. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Parking is right by the stairs with plenty of open spots. The unit is on the third floor which we don't have any problem with hauling our luggage up the steps but others may so something to consider. The condo doesn't have AC but it's feels nice with running fans and having the windows and patio door opened. The condo does have a washer/dryer combo which helps us out quite a bit as we we travel light. We love the area as it is quiet and less traffic to deal with. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

I was on vacation to Kauai and I definitely enjoyed my stay at Joe's place. Joe and Mala are great hosts and are very easy to communicate with. They're also very welcoming and responsive, helping us checked in and out very smoothly. The condo description and pictures are accurate and it's very clean. The condo is also well equipped and the bed is super comfy. I will definitely come back during my next trip to Kauai, and I do recommend this place for short or long stays.

We had a great time at Paul’s place. It was very comfortable for two people, great location close to the beach and local food options. We also appreciated how very clean it was as well as the pool and restaurant onsite. Paul was a very responsive and gracious host.

We loved our stay! Summer’s place was clean and the perfect size for my husband and I. She had snorkel gear, boogie boards, and extra toiletries that really helped us! We also loved all the recommendations she gave us on what to do. The area was private but walkable to restaurants and the beach!

Great location. Close to lots of walkable restaurants and shops. Very clean unit with comfy bed. Nice quiet property. We were the only ones at the pool everyday. We loved staying here. We had one issue that we reached out to Renee about it and she was very responsive and took care of it immediately. We also appreciated having beach chairs and ice chest provided. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you for being such great owners!

Awesome room, great view from the balcony. Beautiful grounds and beach nearby! Walkable to convenience items and quick service food! Lava Lava grill nearby has great Kauai Lime Pie! Will be staying here again :)

The condo was in a perfect area within a short distance from the beach and pool. The Coconut Marketplace was within a few minute walk and has restaurants/shops. We traveled to other parts of the island and took in the beautiful beaches and landscape of Kauai. We had a great time.

Excellent stay! Exceptionally clean. Well appointed space. Location was equidistant to points of interest on both sides of the island. Access to the walking/cycling path was so convenient. Communication with the hosts was never an issue. Very quick to respond. A brand new blender was made available very quickly when the previous one was not functioning properly. Thank you, very much! Would definitely stay here upon a return visit to the island.
