The spacious apartment is in the center of Westendorf, so that all restaurants, shops, swimming pool, golf course and mountain railway/lifts (in winter: ski in - ski out) are easily accessible. The golf course, which opened in 2013, is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. 10 other golf courses are available in the region. The tennis court is 2 minutes from the apartment. Westdorf is an ideal place for hikers, mountain bikers and paragliders. From April to November, you can check in any day.

A traditionally paneled living room with a glazed bay window. The sheltered south terrace is particularly beautiful.

The bright and modernly equipped apartment is located in a historic house in the center of Krimml. From the windows and from the balcony of the apartment on the 3rd floor you have magnificent views of the surrounding Alpine panorama. The Zillertalarena ski resort can be reached by car or ski bus in approx. 10 minutes away. Right next to the house is an outdoor pool, a mini golf course, a beach volleyball court and two tennis courts.

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at the beautiful Isar promenade and in the historic old town. You can do everything on foot. A car is not absolutely necessary. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. A perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Bad Tölz with all its sights and the beautiful mountain landscape. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025.
