Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Detached country house in meadows and forests in an absolutely secluded location. Hiking/biking trails start right by the house. There is a great covered barbecue with fireplace. The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A ping-pong table, a foosball table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The vacation home is about 90 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. Holidays in the heart of Germany! Tucked away in the hilly low mountain range landscape of northern Hesse and surrounded by orchards, lies the historic Malberg manor house with its extensive history dating back to 1253. The reinvention of the old forester's lodge from 1964 was completed at the end of 2022. We have furnished the rooms as we would like to spend our holidays ourselves and have lovingly taken care of many details so that you will feel very comfortable with us.

The house on the outskirts invites you to a quiet and relaxing holiday. Directly at the (100 m) house is the Edersee cycling path. The Waldecker Land offers many hiking and cycling trails. We are located between Edersee, Diemelsee and Twistesee, they can be reached by car in 25 minutes. They invite you to sail, dive, water ski or just swim. There is also much to discover in Kellerwald National Park. The towns of Willingen and Winterberg are about 35 minutes away.

The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.

Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
