Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. Beautiful renovated apartment with all the amenities we needed and in a great location! We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and would come back anytime and can only warmly recommend it. Contact with Karin was also very friendly and accommodating. We were cycling! The accommodation is perfect for this, as it's easily and quickly accessible from the Danube Cycle Path and there's a private, locked room for the bikes. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a long bike ride along the river! It was really nice to be in the heart of Linz, and at the same time being surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet.

Really a very, very nice stay! The house is really something special, top, impeccable, tasteful, fully equipped to the last detail. The outdoor facilities are beautiful, spacious, with great views and everything is very neat. The hosts are very nice and likeable and have thought of everything, from the equipment, labeling, recommendations in writing. We were there as a family with three children (6, 10, 12) and felt completely comfortable. It is a very, very good recommendation in its entirety!

We were here for a week and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very spacious for two people, unusual and comfortably equipped with a beautiful view of the Danube. Everything in the apartment is largely self-explanatory. Modern and clear in an old wall. The house is very quiet, all important things are easily accessible on foot. Margarete and Lorenz reacted quickly when there were inquiries. We will be happy to come back.
