Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The lovingly newly renovated vacation home is located near the Roxheimer Altrhein and has 5 rooms, on 110 square meters, with fitted kitchen and bathroom. Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

Within a few kilometers you will find two Unesco world cultural cities (Speyer & Worms), as well as an extended hiking area (Palatinate and Odenwald) - and all accessible by public transport or via the bicycle path network - all the way to the major cities of Mannheim and Heidelberg. Bathing fills start right behind the house ("Blue Adriatic").

It is located on the eastern edge of the Unesco Biosphere Reserve Palatinate Forest - Nord Vosges on the Haardt der Südliche Weinstraße. Welcome! to the 5***** star vacation home in the middle of downtown Speyer. The vacation home (approx. 90 square meters) is perfectly located - quiet and very central - in downtown Speyer. I offer 5-star comfort for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Parking is available right in front of the house. Arrival time is between 3 pm and 5 pm or by appointment. Departure time is by 10:00 am
