Holiday rentals with a patio in Walkerville, Windsor

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Monica is an exceptional host – she left very thorough instructions, followed up with us consistently, and had a magical space that made us feel right at home. The bathroom and bath tub were incredible! The neighborhood is unique with lots of DIY parks and urban agriculture – lots of friendly neighbors who were open and welcoming to sharing the history of the area and their dedication to maintaining it. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! Detroit is an awesome city, and this is a great location to experience the best it has to offer!

A great spot and a very comfortable place. Very economical

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Convenient location. House is what you would expect from Windsor. Looks small from the outside but has most of what you need. Close to waterpark and casino. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. Friendly host.

This 1895 Queen Anne Revival style house has been thoroughly renovated yet still showcases the original curved glass windows, drawing room fireplace, and wonderful architectual wood details throughout the building. We also loved the huge chandelier, which was hanging over the round dining table. The main staircase's floorboard creaks add to the charm of this old grand dame. We were there in early Spring so the flowering trees and tulips were an added bonus. The host was attentive and promptly resolved the issues we had during our 3 night stay. We look forward to staying here again.

Schakerra was an incredibly accommodating and friendly host. The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to comfortably fit our group of six. We had a great time during our stay and would highly recommend her Airbnb to others!

Robert and Lisa are wonderful hosts, accessible and helpful when needed. The location is in a quiet Corktown neighborhood where you feel comfortable sitting on the front porch. The accommodations are clean, roomy, and updated. Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The updates to this older house are appropriate and well done. We would absolutely return!

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Shone's place is beautiful, it makes you feel rite at home. The only downfall is the noise of the traffic coming from the main road, just a heads up. But other then that no complaints from me. Just make sure to take all shoes off before walking upstairs 😁 his carpet is very clean 👌

Loved staying here! The amazing artwork and exposed brick made the place feel extra special! Cozy bedroom, definitely one of my favorite stays! Hosts were very friendly and accommodating!
