The private apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people in two rooms. One room is equipped with a double box spring board 180x200 and the other room with two beds 120x200. Ideal starting point for cycling tours and excursions. The village center of Aldersbach with the shops and restaurants is about 1.2 km from our farm.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Our accommodation consists of a 1-room apartment, with separate bathroom and built-in kitchen. The apartment includes a large bed, TV, Wi-Fi access and a small table. Parking is ample and can be used free of charge. Directly adjacent you will find a restaurant including beer garden, which is open from Thursday to Sunday. Breakfast can be booked in advance as an extra. You sleep here very rural but only about 10 minutes from the Deggendorf highway junction.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Towels and bedding are available. The terrace is equipped with seating for up to 4 people. It is very sunny on the terrace until the afternoon. Of course, there is also an umbrella. Each room is equipped with a mosquito net on at least one window.
