The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Our apartment is decorated with a lot of love. Among other things, it offers an Emma mattress, living room ventilation and a separate entrance! It is very close to Salzburg. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and you can quickly reach the city center by bus (30 minutes)/car (20 minutes). In the immediate vicinity is the Grünauerhof and the Hotel Königgut! Both are within walking distance and offer culinary delights. Two playgrounds are also within walking distance!

Visit the city and experience nature from a special place to live😊 The airport/highway are within easy reach, but not audible! A few minutes' walk away is the bus stop (in 20 minutes in the city center), a renowned inn, as well as a small bakery.

Country Life - farm Thürlmühle

The residential unit is located on the upper floor of the converted farm building in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are very welcome. Baby bed and high chair are available on request. A parking lot is available directly in the courtyard - free of charge. A lot of excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in clos proximity.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

The view from the balcony on the top floor shows the Untersberg in Berchtesgaden and the Gaisberg in Salzburg in the background.
