Great place! Well equipped with everything you could want. Even the kitchen has a number of condiments and ingredients that one often misses when checking into an AirBnB with a kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in Donna's apartment in the Old Vicarage. Lovely peaceful surroundings and very secure and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. Inside, the apartment had everything you needed together with ample supplies of tea/coffee/milk. Walking distance to amenities or a couple of minutes in the car. All as described by the hosts.

The design and management of the apartment wet first class. Julie and husband were friendly and attended to us and when needed. Fixtures, bedding, furniture all very good quality and the place was light and temperature controlled. A most enjoyable stay.

Before staying here, I had a bad experience with air bnb hosts and accommodations in Birmingham. I have stayed in many properties in the uk and this was easily one of the cleanest, comfortable, spacious and gorgeous apartments I have stayed in. The hosts were perfect, really makes a difference when they aren’t just in it for the money but really for your best interest. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great 10-day stay at Justin’s place. The apartment had everything needed to feel like a home, and the fully functional kitchen made cooking easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed having lunch in the small backyard each day — I was lucky to have sunshine throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, with local buses just a 4-minute walk away that take you straight to the city center. It’s also walkable if you prefer. The area is beautifully green, with two large parks nearby — perfect for a stroll or some fresh air.

Stunning property, furnished beautifully, with wonderful crockery always a bonus & you can tell everything has been thought through with care & attention to detail. Just simply beautiful & the dogs loved the resident dogs. You will not be disappointed plus the sofa & bed are super comfy. Everything you need for a wonderful trip away ❤️

Had an amazing weekend away here, was lovely and clean and was even better than what we expected! The host was so friendly and welcoming and responded to messages straight away. This is the Perfect location for people looking for a nice peaceful getaway with lots of stuff only a 10 minute drive away from everything. 10/10 no complaints at all everything was fantastic! -Kiya x

Perfect place for a larger group. Plenty of free on street parking, not a particularly busy road so felt cars were safe. Very clean. Overall one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at.

The house is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The decoration is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. All linen was clean and everything was all cleaned and tidy. There is amazing outdoor space which is sheltered so can be used in all weathers. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. The home is 10 minutes outside of the city center so perfect location. The host Mun was amazing with the communication, always responded and gave clear instructions throughout my stay.

My children and I loved staying here for a few days. Such a beautiful location in the country. Very peaceful and we spotted lots of bunny rabbits from the lounge. Elise and her family were brilliant hosts. Very welcoming and engaging with my daughter who took a shine to their dog Koa. Very well equipped house and the kids made their way through all the biscuits! We would love to come back some day. Highly recommend if you are wanting peace and quiet.

The house was exactly as described and the furnishings were absolutely gorgeous. This home is clearly a perfect example of what Airbnb’s should be like. Andrew was an awesome host and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was much appreciated. His recommendation for fish and chips from a local shop was spot on and filled one evenings dinner. The home is lovely and warm with a beautiful ambiance, the addition of the TV’s in the bedrooms meant the kids could watch some light hearted TV before bed. I would highly recommend this host and this home to anyone stay in this area.

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful the host was responsive to any messages really fast, The home is beautiful perfect for our girls night or a romantic one. The host missed no attention to detail. And you pick your keys up from the shop so you can grab some milk that was the only thing we needed. I would have paid more it was definitely worth it.

I was in the area visiting family & I selected Adams place as my base and wow I was not disappointed! Firstly, the apartment complex felt secure & safe and as a woman travelling alone - this is very important to me. The property was spotlessly clean and perfectly located to suit my needs. Its just a stones throw from Solihull town centre and a small drive to the retail park with great transport links if you didn't want to drive. The apartment had all of the listed amenities & really did feel like home from home. I'd also like to say Adam was one of the best hosts I've encountered on Airbnb, responded promptly & gave me clear instructions for check in which made the apartment easy to find. Honestly, please do not hesitate to book Adams place, its beautiful, clean & modern - Id give it 10 stars if I could I will be back! thankyou Adam! x

We were attending a conference at the NEC and the location of Paradise Apartment made for an extremely convenient and quick commute. The place was very clean and well equipped, with a great kitchen and bathroom making for a very comfortable stay. Tim and Karen gave prompt, useful information. I hope to be able to stay here again next time
