Apartment is renovated in 18/19. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are an infinite number of recreational opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. Lakes, hiking trails (including jakobsweg), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not far away. Boredom does not come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 💞

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance.
