Make some memories at this unique and newly furnished place. Idyllic location overlooking the lake and mountains. The balcony and seating area invite you to linger. Parking is available. Public lake access and sunbathing lawn 100 meters away. The beautiful beach path along the lake waterfront leads from Rapperswil to Schmerikon and directly through Bollingen. It is an 11 km long foot and bike path. Bollingen is accessible only by car! Public transport and shops are a 5-minute drive away.

Cozy 2-room apartment near Zurich

We rent a very nice, newly furnished and cozy 30 m² apartment with separate bedroom. In the open living room with kitchen and dining area, there is a large sofa bed. The apartment has a separate apartment entrance and is on the first floor (no steps). The free parking is right next to the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of the village and is easy to find. Just three minutes to the bus stop, 40 minutes to Zurich. We, the host family, live on the upper floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The sunny garden and large terrace are perfect for al fresco dining. A garage parking space is provided.

The studio is centrally located in Rapperswil, surrounded by shops and restaurants, right by the old town and close to Lake Zurich. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located place. The room is modernly furnished and has a box spring double bed (160x200cm), TV incl. Streaming, WiFi, kitchenette with fridge, microwave/oven, dishwasher and furnishings.
