A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Immaculate and full of beautiful furniture and books. Beds were very comfortable We found parking just outside. Bruton is a lovely town to walk around.

Lovely stay at Jamie’s and Miles’. Town is in walking distance, as well as Victoria park. The house is as described and well kept. The double bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the amount of children’s books available, great place for families. In summary: A quaint place, quirky decor with amenities close by.

We found a little gem in the cheese house, Tamsin was just great welcomed us and was just next door for any help we needed. The appartment was very relaxed location having very good kitchen, more utensils than we have at home so could prepare a naquet there if you so wished. Also a great relaxing area with plenty of sofa space along with a pool table. bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious and clan and tidy. overall a great experience had and a great find we will return for sure. thank you Tamsin for a lovely stay Paul&June

I had a wonderful stay at this property during my trip to Bath! The location was absolutely amazing—super convenient with quick and easy routes straight into the city, which made exploring Bath so simple. One of the standout features was the parking: it was easily accessible and there was always space available, which took a lot of stress out of the trip. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment I stepped in—a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Overall, it was a great experience and I truly hope to stay here again on my next visit to Bath. Highly recommended and thank you for having us!

charming little cottage.nice and clean.comfy bed.everything we wanted was there.nice patio to sit and chill with a cuppa.big field opposite with plenty of room to walk the dog.there was a fire pit with a log store near by if you wanted to sit outside for the evening.could not recommend enough

Our stay was absolutely magical! The place exceeded all our expectations — it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect: peaceful, close to nature, and ideal for creating unforgettable memories with the family.

We had a lovely stay at Victoria’s! The house was spotless and had everything we needed including baby things (travel cot, high chair and stair gate). The garden was completely enclosed which meant we were able to let the dogs off their leads while we sat outside. And wow the garden is a real sun trap! I would recommend the Barford Inn (4 min) walk for good pub grub and a nice outdoor area. We also spent the afternoon in the grounds of Wilton House which has a fantastic playground for toddlers and kids and a lovely cafe. Three nights wasn’t long enough so we’re hoping to come back in the near future!

Beautiful place. Perfect for visiting Glastonbury and Wells. The space was spotless and so cosy. The bed is so beautiful and comfortable. Kate is a lovely host, and we even get some fresh eggs as a gift.

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Had a lovely three night stay in Acorn hut. Spacious and very private outdoor space with a hot tub for relaxing. Bathroom facilities were clean and shower was great. The hut itself was cosy with everything you need for a few nights away. Big enough for my partner and I as well as our large greyhound. The host was lovely and helpful with advice about places to go and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a peaceful spot.

We've just returned from another wonderful stay at this property in Long Sutton. As returning guests, we were delighted to find it just as perfect as we remembered. The location is stunning, offering peace and tranquility, and the property itself is immaculate. This time, we particularly enjoyed the pool and sauna – a real treat! We can't wait to return. We booked here as two couples and had an amazing stay. Jacqui met us when we arrived and was very friendly and showed us what we needed to know. Everything was spotless and it is a very peaceful area. The swimming pool is fabulous and very well kept. The kitchen has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be recommending to friends and family.

Wow! What an amazing stay me and my boyfriend had. The location of the hut was absolutely stunning- the private lake and the sheep grazing right outside the window was lovely. We made use of the pool on site which was a great touch. The inside of the hut was so well equipped with a pull out kitchen table, storage under the bed for luggage and a really good sized shower- not to add how comfy the bed was! We met Doug the sheep dog who very kindly accompanied us to and from our hut. My boyfriend particularly liked playing fetch across the fields with him! We would 100% recommend this stay and we hope to return😊

From the moment we arrived at Lower Mill Estates we were in awe of how picturesque and serene the property was. Everything about this listing was as advertised and more. The host Victoria was extremely responsive and helpful when I had questions leading up to our trip. I was able to reach out with questions during our trip as well, with a fast response. Oakleigh cottage is situated next to a giant willow tree with surrounding gardens, and has the quintessential Cotswolds feel to it. I let Victoria know we were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Upon arrival to the cottage, we found the cottage filled with birthday decor and a special gift for her! We were so surprised! It was such a nice touch to our stay. Our family loved swimming in the pools, kayaking, paddle boarding, and taking walks to the local restaurants. It was a one of a kind vacation that we’ll always remember. Thank you for making our stay so awesome! We hope to be back again one day!

Tamsins home was pristine well thought out and everything was quality there are so many thoughtful touches around the kitchen and around the house and the log burner was glorious Tamsin was so accommodating and helpful if there were any questions. She offered myself and my friend a longer stay at a really good price I will definitely be back in the future. It was a blessing Thankyou

Stayed here for a wedding at Hatch house and it was stunning. Beautiful cottage and scenery and super comfy beds, would definitely come back to explore the area and do some walks, as there’s a footpath right by the house. Host was easily contactable and very friendly, would highly recommend this spot!

We had a really lovely stay. Vanessa made sure we had everything we needed. Eggs and cider on arrival which was a lovely touch. Great base for exploring then coming back too and relaxing. Definitely recommend. X

Alex's cottage was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and very convenient for the town centre. Would love to return if we ever need accommodation again in this area of Wiltshire. We had a great stay!

Gillian’s gift of eggs and scones for breakfast was a godsend! The towels were huge, the garden lush. We lit a fire and listened to the doves coo late into the night. We were sore from a week of travel and her cottage was a respite. Thank you!!!

beautifully designed barn with a lovely terrace overlooking fields. very comfortable beds and good linen. The owners have clearly gone to a lot of effort here and the welcome basket was far more than you would usually get. would recommend

Lyn and David are the most wonderful hosts! David build the home from the ground up and it is very beautiful! We loved how homely it felt, comfortable beds, views that are out of this world and a really peaceful place to be! We can’t thank you both enough for allowing us to share your slice of Mendip Hills beauty!! Lyn left some homemade scones which were to die for! We have to revisit as we didn’t explore all the amazing walks and Wells in more detail , and would not think twice to stay again. PS there is a beautiful little shepherds hut nearby with the same amazing views also built by David (Lyn said because he was bored!) Hopefully David remains bored, we look forward to his next amazing space/s. We highly recommend you visit!

What an absolute gem of a cottage, tucked away off the road but within easy walking distance of the town centre, Bishop's Palace and cathedral. Ted (spaniel) especially loved the water gulleys! The Orient Express was the best Chinese we've ever had!
