Great place to stay for a weekend visit to kings island.

It was a great place to stay for a quick weekend. We didn’t need much, and this place offered everything we needed. The surrounding homes not as nice, but still a good place to stay. And love the town of Lebanon during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again! Great location to downtown Loveland, comfortable and clean space and excellent hosts. Many thanks!

Overall this was a great place to stay, highly recommend! It provided us with more room than a hotel and felt as comfortable as home. Haydee was very responsive and kind.

The Apt was in huge & in excellent shape, I thought the price was a bit high but still within an acceptable range. All amenities were as stated, but all may needs were filled. Walked daily on the adjacent Little Miami River Trail, which was awesome ! The nature of the building is prone to moisture and the dehumidifier was helpful ( A larger capacity one might be nice). Some under counter lighting in kitchen would be nice. The food at the Cartridge was very good, but the beer as a bit disappointing (certainly not the host’s fault)

Great space! Very clean and close to everything. Quick responses to any question we had and would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back next time we come to visit family.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit faces the river and bike trail. The windows are tree level and there were a lot of birds to watch. We had a few groups of friends come to visit and it was very convenient to eat at the brewery and then come back to the unit to chat. Kitchen is adequate to prepare simple meals, we cooked dinner for one guest. Bed is comfortable, unit is clean and nicely decorated. The complex has the feeling of being in a natural area without being too for from the beaten path. Closets are large and pack and play or air mattresses for kiddos could fit there. A few things to mention as a heads up, these things are part of the industrial vibe---a few areas of the floor are slightly raised and rough, the walls of the second bedroom don't go all the way up to the ceiling, and occasionally some low level noise from other residents and their dogs. We would like to stay here again as the nature vibe is very relaxing.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated. It featured modern appliances and fixtures but still maintained the historic feeling of the building. As one other reviewer noted, there are some stairs/steps throughout, but they weren’t a problem. Host provided a selection of coffees and teas as well as all the amenities in the listing. The bed and pillows were super soft and comfortable. The shower was spacious and relaxing. We were only there a few days, but it definitely would be a place that I could see staying comfortably for a week or more.

What a great stay! The hot tub was one of the nicer ones that I have seen at rental properties ... it was large and in great shape. It was also hot when we arrived. There were plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. The place is also very close to Kings Island (less than ten minutes). We also really liked that there were two separate areas for a fire (fire pit and a chimney stove). We did not use the extra gaming space shed, but it looked like it would be great for kids.

This was a wonderful place to stay this week. Great place to spend time when we were in the area for an event. We enjoyed the local pizza place she recommended in her booklet about the space. Very clean. Clear instructions and communication. The large bed was so comfortable! Accommodated our group so well. We were very appreciative of our “home away from home” for the week!

The property was so beautiful and we really enjoyed the gorgeous view of the lake. The home was comfortable and cute. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Second visit, just as great as first time. Really enjoyed staying in this extremely clean and beautifully decorated place! Also, the glassware, dishes, silverware, furniture, and linens were all high quality which made stay even more enjoyable. Downtown historic Loveland remains a wonderful place to explore.

Pete and Carols place was great! Central location to everywhere we needed to be! Pete was so accommodating to our group and we appreciated it so much! We definitely would stay again! The basement sectional is updated and bedroom has an extra bed than what is pictured which worked out perfect! Plenty of fridge space and well appointed kitchen! The kids even went fishing at VOA across the street and caught a few!

Beautiful home. The outdoor space and garden area was wonderful to relax in. The house was well cared for and thoughtfully equipped. The location was perfect. This felt like someone's home and not a cookie cutter rental unit. Would not hesitate to recommend it and would definitely stay again if in the area. Jennifer was a great host and very responsive.

Beautiful condo! Sid’s place is in a lovely, historic neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks and easy access to downtown Cincinnati. This condo was far nicer and cheaper than any hotel I could have booked. Plus, Sid provided a manual with detailed descriptions of the amenities and his expectations.

Checks ALL boxes of being fantastic! This is our second time staying at this building of Nicks and I’ll be back every time I’m in the area! Tons of little shops to go check out, all around perfect place to stay!!

What a fantastic location (can’t brag enough about the dedicated parking) for our trip! For what I paid for two nights at Sid’s (all taxes and fees included) was about the price of one night in a hotel. The instructions that included pictures were the most helpful to find the door. When I had trouble getting in, Sid was right there. He called to help me troubleshoot and we figured out a solution. Haha, my only advice is that if you have brain fog like me after driving for hours, the garage gate has a sensor to get out, but you push the garage opener to get in. I had my sweet husband outside the car waving the opener like a weirdo until he said “oh wait, there is a button” as I was calling Sid for help again :) I wish I could tell you about the things in the area, but we didn’t get time to explore. However, this means it’s a great excuse to come back and book Sid’s place again!

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. Great for 1 person or a couple. In a cute historic district that’s a short drive to some good Dayton eateries. Aspasia was very kind and went to turn the lights on when she found out my flight was delayed and I was coming in very late.

Daniel's place was a great place to stay with my family of 4. He was a very responsive host that made the entire process smooth. The location was great- walkable to many cool places nearby such as Madtree Brewing and Oakley Square. We enjoyed walking to Aglamesis Bros. ice cream each night. Easy to get everywhere around Cinicinnati as well. Private parking area was nice to have. The touches for kids were a plus that made it easy to stay with a family. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.

Awesome apartment in the heart of Over-the-Rhine. Key feature and super amazing for us, was the City Connecter, with three stations all within a block or less from the apartment. We used that tram regularly and only used our vehicle for already planned trips further away. The apartment is very cute and well furnished. It’s very quiet, even when the bar two stories below has patrons outside, and we felt completely at home while visiting. There are so many local eats a walk or tram away, it’s ridiculous. Too many to choose from. If you’re going to a Red’s game, STAY HERE, take the City Connector. It literally drops you off at the Great American Ballpark, skipping all the traffic and parking fees that come with those ventures. We do plan to go back and will stay here again!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!
